[Resolved] Lenskart — Wrong delivery | |||||
I have ordered 2 spectacles at lenskart with order number [protected] on 22nd june at elante mall and when i contacted customer care representative at lenskart, he said it was already delivered yesterday, however, i never received it. When i complained them that i have not received it yet they said it was delivered to the wrong person and they don't even bother to call at my phone number and didn't even have my signature when their representative came to deliver.
