Hello
Recently i ordered for a product from lenskart black full rim wayfarer shape medium (Size-52) vincent chase vagabond vc e10463-c1 with order id : [protected]. The tracking is showing delivered in the courier partner portal fedex and also on lenskart with tracking details number:[protected] but i have not received the product.
I received a call from the courier partner that the product cant be delivered to your address so i asked for the address of local courier hub. The address has been provided by some lenskart agent and even i contacted the courier hub that i will be coming to take the product from the hub as i won't be available in my home from 2 pm due to my office. And the courier hub supervisor told me it's fine i can come any time to collect the courier. So on 20th september at 21:57 pm, i got a mail that the product has been delivered at 19: 45 pm.
I asked everyone in my house and locality whether they got any courier or not but they have not.
My biggest question is that how can a courier guy deliver a product without verifying my identity?
Either you guys will deliver the product to me to my address or refund back the money that i have spent on it.
I cant trust the courier partners any more. I am very disappointed.
It's better to make glasses from local stores itself.
And i need a quick response for it.
I lost the trust on online shopping from lenskart.
