[Resolved]  Lenskart — Wrong lenses on my order

I am extremely disappointed by the service extended by Lenskart on my order.
I had placed an order in March and after wearing the spectacle one was totally fine however I couldn’t see clearly from the other pair so I got in touch with the staff who helped me during my order. I asked him to confirm if both powers were the same and he confirmed they were.
I still was uncomfortable after wearing the second pair and decided to get my eyes and the lenses checked from the optician. To my utter dismay the lenses was a wrong power used.

I have tried several times to have Lenskart sort my order and provide me a refund as I am out of the country and had made an international order while away.

They have just taken me round and round. Keep connecting me to different agents and resolution officers. I am getting sick of the whole process especially when it was a mistake for
Their end. I demand a refund but they insist I ship the original order which is inconvenient on my part and expensive l.
Even contacted the person who took my order and he actually used his mobile no to assist me on wats app too and after I had this issue on contacting him he conveniently blushed me after asking me to contact Lenskart. As he was the one after checking with Lenskart confirmed that my power was the same on both lenses.

A frustrating and mentally draining experience by Lenskart.

It’s Lenskart at fault on need my refund.

As the return policy, of 14 days post-delivery is already over, we are unable to proceed with a refund.
