[Resolved] Lenskart — Wrong order placement | |||||
It has been 2 weeks since i visited the lenskart indiranagar bangalore store asking for replacement of my 2 different sets of spectacles. Unnikrishnan, the executive there took our order for the replacement. Later after one week when we were expecting our product then on inquiring its whereabouts we came to know that the order only had not been placed. I was promised that the order will be placed immediately but it has never happened till date. All the effort to get the product has been futile till now. Not getting vital product such as spectacle for such a long time is frustrating. Was this information helpful? | |||||
