I order 2 glasses online by the help of sales representative(ADITI GAUR) for my daughter which she has a multifocal glasses and she is wearing from 2yrs.while ordering online i sent her my daughters power prescription. she said that this is single vision glasses not a multifocal glasses. i was shocked and i said that can you please check. i know that she has no knowledge to read the prescription. then i select 2 glasses and order online. after 5mins i check that she add the wrong power. so i called her and cancle it straight away and asked for store credit so i can use that for multifocal glasses. and i called 3times within a 2days and keep telling them that dont send a parcle here as i am living in melbourne AUSTRALIA.
GUESS WHAT they sent it here even i cant use those glasses and cant send it back either which one is expensive from here. now the thing is that was not my fault and clearly told them to give me store credit. but now they are not giving me store credit.
