[Resolved] Lenskart — Wrong power glasses delivered for senior citizen resulting in swollen eye | |||
Very unprofessional and casual approach from Lenskart representatives. I had ordered 4 pairs of glasses on 3rd March. 2 for myself and 2 for my mom who is a senior citizen. The order was delivered on time. My glasses seem to be OK. However my mom complained that there was something amiss with the glasses. Since the representative who had visited Mr. Gaurav Sinha had prescribed that her power had increased, I asked her to try the glasses for some more time to adjust. The same problem persisted and on Tuesday she complained of throbbing pain in her right eye. Mr. Gaurav Sinha had called me up after delivery to give him a good rating on customer feedback, which I did, and had told me that he would be the 1st point of contact if there were any issues. I informed him, and he said he would turn up yesterday in the evening. No phone call nothing, he just doesn't turn up. My mom had severe pain and had to be given ice pack for relief. Mr. Gaurav Sinha said he would come 18th March morning. Which again he did not. I had luckily whatsapped on the feedback number and booked an appointment. Mr. Tubai Maity came today and tried to convince that nothing was wrong and all was hunky dory. However maybe seeing a senior citizen he decided to go a step further and took the glasses to the warehouse for checking. He returned after a week. and one glass seemed to be fine. the glass had been changed. however with one frame, the problem persisted. they took it back and after 2 weeks came back today on 5th April with the same frame. My mom could understand the moment she wore it that the glass had not been changed. such poor service from Lenskart, when i had payed them in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||
