Lenskart — Wrong power prescription provided | |||
In June one of executive of lenskart did home visit to check vision of 3ofmy family members and provided wrong prescription for all which we didn't knew and ordered more than 15 frames online for all o[censored]s. The prescription was wrong which was confirmed by our accidental visit to lenskart Kemp's corner shop. Even Prescription for my son aged 13was without cylinder or axis number and discrepancy was more than 1.5 when we asked lenskart just to change the five lenses of my son's glasses out 15 they denied that.
