[Resolved] Lenskart — Wrong product returned | |||||
#[protected] This is open for almost a month now. I had mistakenly returned a wrong product. Instead of returning Vincent Chase I returned an IDEE product which was brand new and looked similar but was costlier. I initiated a ticket, to re-return the correct product and have mine back. Re-return was done very fast but when it came to returning my product Lenskart says, they had received the IDEE product with one lens missing and they will return the same which is absurd because 1. Why will someone ask back for a product with missing lens 2. the pick guy would have noticed a missing lens 3. Refund is done after checking the product says Lenskart policy and I did receive a refund All this means that I had not returned a defective product. I have ordered my eyeglasses on Saturday 11th 2017. My expected delivery was on 17th Feb 2017. But still my order has not been processed yet.
