Letv — automatic on off problem

I gave my mobile on 1 august 2017
Their was a very minor problem in my device ofa automatic on off
They tell me that by 14 august they will gave me the mobile.
But i called them on 14 august but they said that it will take 20 days more.
I dont know what they hell are doing...!!!

I dont know that why i bought this fake company mobile
Their services are very very slow and they cant even understand the problem of customer.
I adviced to all that dont buy this company mobile.
