Sir, I have purchase mobile of letv (Leeco), by online on dt-18.04.2017 But now some problem in handset, from yesterday its cannot charging my mobile, i do not know, problem in charge pin or wire. I gone to galley also, but they are saying under warranty we can not repairs Please resolve this matter, or either you please refund my payment which i have paid, i am not happy with this mobile, please return my payment Regards Nirmala Mb. They taken my charger 2 monts back not exchange up to now what can I do?

I have online purchased letv le 2 before 6 to 7 month. I have some problems regarding charging.
When i put my phone for charge the battery reduce not increase.
So in this matter please do something as soon as possible.

I have submitted my leco mobile on 6th May2017 to till now only one repy motherboard part is not available so please wait.
More than 2 and half month completed when we contact through either mail/phone same answer reply part is not available.
