I ordered a mobile fifteen days back from letv's site. There it was mentioned that phone will be delivered within 5-7 days. But till today I haven't received the product. I am contacting them regularly on their helpline, but in vain as they are not providing any relevant information. I am really harassed by their service. The amount is already being deducted. Everytime i make a call on helpline, i got reply that they will mail or arrange a back call but nothing happens. I need the solution asap. Either i should be given the proper track details and delivery date of my product or cash back. Was this information helpful? |
