Letv — letv pcb not working properly and need to replace

I purchased letv le eco rose gold model and sound is not comming i given in hcl touch begumpet vide js[protected] jobsheet no. And js[protected] but they're replaced pcb but problem not rectified because the pcb is recycled pcb not new one and i am waiting for 3months they're not responding... Mob[protected]
Every time they're saying pcb is on the way but no action i given for repair in june 19 and today is september 31
