HI after so many email and call i am not getting support from Levies, i bought a jeans 20 days back from ambiance mall store but after 1st was Stains has comes on it from levies leather logo in belt i will wait for next 1 week for resolution or i will explorer the matter in social media contact [protected], bymistake logo was removed by me to check where it is complete spoils .

Recently i bought a levis men jacket from myntra app. However, just after 1 wash the threads started coming out of jacket. Its really wastage of our hard earned money. our trust in levis brand is shakened. We had strong belief in the quality of this brand but not any more. We want Levis either to refund our money or replace it with better quality product...

Dear sir,
I had purchased red loop jeans on 10/10/21. Product code:[protected].
Within two washes this blue Color jeans has faded and of no use.
I visited Levis store of Phoneix market city, pune and complained regarding the same. As advised by Mr Sushil Shinde( Asst store manager) I’m writing this email.
But it’s very sad and bad experience with the product. Not expected from a brand like Levis to make such low quality products.
Kindly refund or exchange or give credit note of same value at the earliest. As I’m not from pune, kindly give your confirmation by tomorrow. Requesting for the same.
The jeans is with the store manager for verification.

Today i have purchased a jacket from a levi's showroom located in mandi Himachal Pradesh. Its cost me 4599 Rs. But now i am checking at your site it will be showing 3219 Rs. After 30% off. So please tell me that why it is too much difference in offline n online price. If so then we gonna say no to offline product better to go for online products.I hope to get a better solution for this one.

Today I have visited levis showroom at dak bunglow grand plaza patna for exchanging my T-shirt and purchase a huddy for it. But I felt very bad experience which I want to elaborate.
I entered into the outlet and everything was good but when I purchased a huddy and asking for exchange the T-shirt the manager of that outlet denied to exchange because I forgot the tag of T-shirt at my house. Again I said is there any other option that I can go and arrange the tag so that I could exchange it. Then the main drama has started.
The manager, I don't know about your recruitment process but he was so rude and started arguing with me and insulting me. Also he mentioned that you can't do anything to me. He also said this outlet is not for your type of customer. We have many others. He was insulting me in front of every staff and other customers. It was very embrassing momemt for me to get rid of this.
We all know levis is a big brand but the quality of staff which I faced today was terrible.
He also said go to any other cheap brand. It is gud for me.
We are in service industry I am professionally a banker and for me it was such a insulting moment.
If my complain regarding exchanging my product and the staff rude behaviour is not solve I will go to consumer forum to case against levis.

I have purchased a T-shirt from levis outlet near Dak Banglow grand plaza apartment patna. After ten days when I come to exhange it and purchase a new hoody. After entering showroom all was good but the manager of that outlet was very much abusive and told me that he is not going to exchange the same because of tag which I was forget to get it from my house. Also he was started arguing with me and telling me about my personal profile.i was coming from 10 km distance to this showroom but he was saying he has many customer he doesn't needed my type of customer. He was talking like a road side boy and stared arguing with me in front of his staff and other customers as well. It was very embrassing for me to endure these things. He also mentioned go to others brands it is not for you. He said you can't do anything to me.
I am professionally a banker and we all are in service industry but these type of things I was facing was not good.
If my complain is not resolved and the person is not found culprit I am going to consumer forem to case against the brand Levis.

My t shirt color fed

I bought a jeans from levis and it got a stain, i tried washing the stain off and the color of denim came off. Please either replace or refund

I have ordered a shoes from Flipkart worth 2000 on 11 July 2021. I wore it 2 times and pasting was coming out that time but i considered. Now the shoes sole is totay comes out and leather material is very low quality its like a papad now. What should i do?? Where i can replace. I feel like fool.

I have below complaint to make.

I ordered Levis jeans on 1/10/2021. I got a couple of calls from the delivery provider to understand the location of the area, landmark and received the delivery code many times. Every time representative used to tell me that your order will be delivered tomorrow. On 15th Oct, I didn't receive any call however I do receive the delivery code on that day again. The order was never delivered and in the system now it shows the order is delivered to the customer.

I tried calling the customer care number as well multiple times since that day.

I am quite disappointed with the kind of service provided by levis and the way they tackle customer complaints as to date I haven't received a single call from the customer care representative to understand the issue and how much time it will take to resolve this issue.

I hope some action will be taken after this complaint.

I purchased a bottom (Jeans) from levi, s store Tezpur Assam on[protected] and they asked me to come tomorrow to collect the jeans after alteration as today is sunday. I collected the same on[protected] and when I tried it I found that the length of both the legs which was altered by the store are not equal. Such kind of carelessness is not expected from the brand like you, due to their careless behaviour I supposed to visit the store again. For purchasing a single jeans I have to visit store three times which is not only wastage of money as well as my precious time . My Resident is almost 18 Km away from store . Please instruct the workers of the store to collect the jeans from my residence and deliver it after making necessary alterations

I bought Levi's jeans on 1st Oct from Levi's store in DLF Mall Of India of around Rs 2000. Upon wearing it for the first time itself, I saw that it was torn from the place where stitching is done upon the back pocket. I tried contacting the customer care but did not receive any response from their end.

I would request you to please help me get replacement or refund for the same.

My wife bought Levis Tshirt for me a year back. Have weared this Tshirt 4-5 times so far. Yesterday it was raining and i was out wearing Tshirt. Tshirt Color got stick on my white internal top.

I have been a unsatisfied customer of levi's clothing store because first time i purchase clothes on levies and my first purchasing left me disappointed.
Reason after first wash 1 shirt and 1 tshirt color is damage. i bought total 4 cloth in levi's store and 2 is damage after first wash.
when i reach again the levis store for complain then i really shock his behavior is very insulting me.
I wanted to bring this issue to you to take necessary action about these cloths. and request to exchange these cloths.

I'm using Levi's for past 10 years and first time I'm writing a mail to Levi's regarding a fabric quality issue. I bought a Levi's jeans before 8 to 9 months ago but recently I came to know that the fabric is losing its texture and threads are coming out. I want Levi's India to give me a immediate resolution and I want Levi's to replace the jean with a new jean or refund the full money what ever I have paid.

I would like to inform you that I have purchased 2 trousers from your karol bagh showroom on 26th August. Of waist size 32 but the salesperson has given me 1 trouser of 32 but the other trouser he has given me of 30 waist after alternation. Upon reaching my destination assam I contacted the salesperson whose mobile no. Is [protected]. I contacted him and he told that my problem will be solved I have to courier my trouser but when I contacted him on saturday he said he will solve my problem on Sunday but the next he didn't response so the next day mondey I contacted him and he said he is sick and told to contact him on Wednesday but when on Wednesday I contacted he clearly denied and said I have to come to karol bagh delhi and replace my trouser. Is this the way the showroom are being run by Levi's that after trial of a trouser they change the waist size after alternation and then give it to the customer the goods were purchased against the registered no. [protected] I hope you will cooperate and my purpose will be served and also such incident shouldn't occur to other persons in future. Kindly ensure that I get my actual size trouser back
