We bought a jeans with waist 30 since 2 months ago from levis store wave mall jammu and kashmir and we kept it for alteration in the levis store. Now its been 4 months they are not returning it. They making us excuses again and again and giving us jeans with waist 34. It is request to you please lookafter the matter. We are suffering from 4 months so please sir resolve it as soon as possible

We have purchased two denim on 11/9/2019 from levis store of pacific mall kaushambi ghaziabad. The cost of the two denim was 8797 rupees, this is not such a little amount. When we left these denims at the store for alteration they have cut it more from their accurate measurement. Store manager was not in the store on purchased day and when we went at the storefor complaining about alteration issue of denims, they didn't accept their fault even when they measure length in front of me they measured wrong three four times. We left the jeans at the store. When we asked for them their senior manager contact, they said we can't give their contact and he will get of[censored]s from the job. They didn't corporate with us. Jeans is in the store because they are waste for us. We need strict action against store manager and their workers. Kindly refund our atleast half an amount if you can't pay for the same full amount.

Order no ind[protected]/ind[protected] return to the origin on 20th july and 5th of aug they have asked my account details but still refund not processed in my account. I am following up daily but no solution from them.

Daily i am calling customer care no [protected]/[protected] but no one response on my call every time a recorded msg come nd ask to add voice msg i did the same as well but no call no mail from there side.

I bought a red levi's t shirt about two months ago, for a price of rs 1800, by now, it has bled so much color, that it is 3 shades lighter. It doesn't even look like the garment i paid a hefty price for.
It has spoilt 4 of my other garments, i bought it at a levi's showroom, located at magneto mall in raipur, chattisgarh.
This is not even a discounted product, i bought it for the premium price. Please help

I bought a black jeans from the store (Stanmax in v3s mall) almost an year ago and wore that jeans only twice or thrice.
Unfortunately, while i wore the jeans it torned from the hip while sitting on the chair.
I raised an issue to the executive in the store but the excuse they’re giving that it can be replaced as it was purchased an year ago.

What’s the point of buying jeans worth rupees 2500 if the quality is so bad.

We do purchase branded jeans because of the quality they offer.

I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and replace the jeans or het it fixed.

I got a 500 rupees coupon from sbi credit cards rewards point, in which it was clearly stated that it can be reimbursed along with ongoing offers on levis store but levis store in kashipur denied for it (Levis exclusive store, ramnagar rd, kashipur, uttarakhand 244713, india). I have shown them all the terms and conditions for reimbursement of the coupon, but they denied saying either you take discount or you reimburse your coupon. I told them i am going to complain about this to levis, the behaviour of store keeper was like "you can do whatever you want, i don't care". I do not stay in india and i was in india couple of weeks back and my coupon expires in december 2019, please help me either to get my cash refund or "extending the validity of the coupon and making it sure that if there is some ongoing offer they have to accept that coupon".

I am using levi’s jeans for years and first time experienced a situation like this. Even my 10 years old levi’s jeans also intact and fresh.

Levi’s should not compromise on quality. We are regular buyers of levi’s materials.

I too bought 4 levi's jeans from levi's store in mgf gurgaon last year as they had an offer going on. I kept two and gifted the other too to my sister. She kept complaining but i dint pay a lot of attention as i never wore mine. A few days ago i wore mine and oh my god i wanted to go back home while at work. The jeans from the outside looks fine like a regular jeans would but the interior is so bad. I came back home and compared the material with another levi's jeans of mine that i bought long time ago. The material in these new jeans on the inside is nothing like the old one. They haven't done anything to soften it up. This is terrible for a company like them to be making such products. That too its a jeans, i mean cone on who makes a faulty jeans. Just tell me how to soften it.

My jeans faded when I stepped in the water wearing it for the first time. I wore it for the first time only and water was normal as well. Didn't expect this from Levi's. It cost me around 3500. I want a quick response to this complaint, please. What shall I do with the product now? How can I trust the brand anymore? Levi's is known for the product quality and it a great shame that its quality is degraded so bad. Please pay some attention and I have attached the photo of my faded jeans that were supposed to be jet black. Also, the cloth has become as if it's been used for a long time, while i only wore it for the first time. Levi's India should respond or i will post a complaint on higher portal.

Today i purchased 2 levi's jeans from rama magneto, bilaspur, chhattisgarh, which were ₹6000+, as i saw on the board it was written 'purchase for ₹5999 and get ₹1000 free'. So i bought 2 jeans and asked for my gift voucher after billing where after they told me that i should have bought something else and in that they would have given me ₹1000 discount. This was not told when i was buying as i would have bought one more jeans or maybe a tee or something. I guess this was my last time buying anything from levis. I get it maybe it was some sort of misunderstanding as three sales person were dealing with us but who lost here? I did, right? I can't forgive myself for choosing levis. I don't earn and i don't like wasting my parent's hard earned money. I don't know what i'll accomplish by writing his but i think you should know about these matters and find a way to compensate your employees' mistakes.

I am prabal pradhan was a employee of team lease services pvt wide emp no: 1500447. I left this organization one month ago. I have sumitted all my pf claim documents but i didn't get my pension amount even though continution follow up. I got acknolwedgement copy from team lease for submission of form 10c to rpfc office and the team lease provided me the rpfc address and contact number. I have been trying to contacting the rpfc bangalore office over phone but no body is picking up of phone. And no reply for my mails. It is inconvenient to visit to banglore office to me. So i requet the concern person please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I would like to draw your attention towards the fact that i am a regular customer of your levis, but lastly i bought a denim jeans and found that even after several wash the colour gets bleeched. Even if i rub my hands on the pant my hands get blueish, hence i thought that it might be due to any quality issue coz levis being a big brand would not cheat their customers through quality compromise and so i gave the pant for quality check at your outlet in cosmos mall, sevoke road, siliguri, west bengal on 7th of december, 2018 but even after around 5 months it was very annoying to know that the pant was still there with the store keeper who is asking for some more time as his senior have advised him to do so.
Thus under the above circumstances your quick response shall be appreciated.

I bought two jeans from Brand Factory, vasai w and i saw it fit good so i took em spending around 4k behind em and now in 4 months both the jeans tore from the knee and in one of em stichings have worn out.and i am a salesperson who stands in a place all day and barely uses jeans on my holidays rather shorts...even after that less and delicate use a name like Levi's has turned me down so badly that i do not will neither suggest anyone to go for this brand.

I bought a Jeans and a Trouser last year in month of May from a nearby Shop (Bindal Fashion World) in my city Moradabad.
The Jeans is fine but
as a Complaint the Trouser seemed to Fail the Quality as its color Faded within few months.

I went to the Shopkeeper and asked him to resolve the problem but he refused to take any action.

I bought the tshirt from levi"s store at jammu wave mall...that tshirt cost me 1700 rs ...on the first look...it ws looking so good...so i tried it...and the fitting was amazing in small size
..so i purchased it...when i washed it for the 1st time...it become defected...the size become more than M...n olso become uncfrtable from back.. i m highly disapointed w...its abt 1 month...can i replace that in that store??...plz help me about that

Vide purchase reference tax invoice no.7411 of amount rs.7300/- from your levi's outlet, unit no. Gf-18 located in viviana mall, thane (West), maharashtra; we found one jeans pant (Out of two) got decolored, faded in look immediate during 1st water wash only that proved your defected sold product wasting customer money. We see levi's as brand because your objective is to deliver quality product at quality service however our above experience is contradictory to your customer satisfaction objective. Further defected product was immediately handed over (Invoice no.8734)& reported the complaint to authorized representative of your above levi's outlet with no positive solution given. Pl be informed here product wasn't altered by us but was found with your manufactured colour defect as detailed above. We are deeply concern for your decolored /defected garment which is dangerous & highly unhyginic to skin in contact. Hence your authority shall give us replacement with quality or refund our paid value as soon.

I am regular customer of levis.. And very first time i faced a problem in refund.. I bought t-shirt from levi's official website, and it was cod.. Than after 2nd of reciving, i placed requst for return.. Its 24 days passed to return it, you can see in attatchment screenshot. Than after i drop lots of emails, even i drop many voice messages. And i am still waiting for my refund..

Hi i ritu rathore from shahdara had bought a women's levi's jeans from kamlq nagar levi's showroom which was pilled after one wash and resulted get too much uncomfortable.
I shared the issue with the store manager and staff and requested to replace it with anothe jeans. But after a long time almost six or seven months later they saying it cannot be replaced.
I can not wear that jeans it has go too much uncomfortable and look fade also. So i am requesting to you.
Kindly help me to refund my money or replace it.

I order one women joggers from levis original website and i returned it immediately on the next day for fitting issues and i received a mail that your refund will be credited with in 15days but it has been more than 3 weeks i didn’t receive any email about my refund and i have been trying to contact them from then but no response to my calls and emails my order no is ind[protected] and return order no indr1011459.

We purchased three pants from the Levi's showroom at Kottivakkam, Chennai on Jan 10, 2018. Out of three, two were fine and no complaints at all. But one pant, we bought for my wife, she used it for the first time in the first week of November last year, it tore during work hours when she bents down. She somehow managed the situation, as she wore long kurthi on that day. We went to the store for a replacement, they said that they can replace it at the store if it is within six months. They asked us to contact the customer support ([protected]@levi.com).

After reaching the customer support, I got the below reply on Nov 12, 2018.
