I bought a levi's denim of jet black colour of rs. 3999 which is quite expensive. As it is expensive and as the salesman of levi's store (The cerebration mall) udaipur told it is of very good quality and that we wont have any complaints about it. But after using it for 2-3 times the colour started to fade away. We thought its ok but i got really shocked that my denim's fabric started getting rugged and it was looking so ugly that i was no longer able to wear it. We went to the store to get it exchanged but they totally refused it. I mean why they are charging so high when you cannot provide a good and money worthy product. We are so pissed off whit this service provided by levi's and its showroom.
We bought a premium product of levi's but it turned out disastrous.

I recently bought one blue 711 jeans from this store. Everything was fine, just the length was to be altered which they made it different for both the leg. I asked them to make it properly as both my legs are of same length.
Next day when i went, they gave me the jeans without any changes made. I asked them to do it again, they said they don't alteration more than once. I told them i am not taking it like this.
At my fourth visit, i had to take the worst fitted blue denim with thread coming out from where the alternation is done. Plus, they have altered in such a way that i can't fold the jeans as it is torn inside.
This is the worst i could expect from levi's. I feel like crying that i wasted my one month saving of rs. 2, 799.

I ordered a jeans pant of levis but its not satisfied me so i returnmed it. The returned was accepted and i got a mail on 26 jul 2018 that your returned approved and your refund will be prossed to your original purchase method within 7 to 10 days if you purchased cash on delivery our castomer care will be in touch to get your bank payment. My order number is ind[protected]. Today 13 aug but nobody from customer care contact me, so please refund my amount as soon as possible.

I have bought 2 levi's jeans from its store present in mgf metropolitan mall gurugram.
After first wash, stuff of denim turned out to be so bad. It doesn't seem original levi's. I was a very big fan of levi's. But this incident makes me confuse about a big brand "levi's".
I'm not sure whether i was cheated by that store of levi's or levi's has itself degraded product quality. It was really a waste of money.
Kindly do the needful asap

I have been purchased jeans of levis and almost all (4) has been stretched form knees. Stretching of one of them is not fine.
All i purchased is of 28 waist but after using 4-5 was it stretched from waist to toe.
I have been contacted several times to the store but there is not support. I also contacted/emailed to levis support but not getting support.

Please let me know after this bad experience how can i purchase another product of levis in future?

They had told us that if we take 1 levis product, 1 product of levis will be free for us and in billing the rate of higher mrpwill be charged in bill
And now we have taken 4 jeans of levis of mrp 3599, 3699, 2799, 2999. Respectively
So he had charged the jeans of mrp 3599 and 3699
And made free the rest of two jeans but we are saying to make 3599 jeans free against 3699 and make 2799 free against 2999 as he said that they will make the jeans free of same mrp (Approx mrp)
So this is my complain and i hope you will respond me as soon as possible.

I purchased 34” jeans when wore first time it was too loose. Hence checked waist and it was 36” plus.

Took that to Levi’s store in jayanagar where I purchased it from. They refuse to accept and said that whatever is written is final and they don’t measure it. They not only refused to even measure but also misbehaved and asked to go out.

One guy said I will measure your waist also as 36” and other said you do whatever you can.

I purchased a Levis 511 jeans from Levis flagship store in Guwahati. The problem is that the color of the jeans is not permanent it colors the shirt if tugged in, comes on hand when touched. I washed it three times already but still its the same.

Sir/mam i ordered 3 clothes on 17/6/2018 out of which 2 were returned due to size issue. Since exchange was not available refund was the only option left. My return was completed on 27/06/2018 and your policy says you will refund within 7-10 working days. I have spoked to your customer care many times and all they say is we will initiate it tommorow but that tommorow never came, it is my kind request please look into this matter m really tired of this lame attitude of levis India.

I am very much unsatisfied by the product the purchased since i spend more than 3000 rupees for it and i not able to use it for even more than 4 months. I had bought two new jeans from Levis store in city center mall Nashik and I gave it to alter to the shop but apparently I received it today and the pants has got a bad shape change in the bottom where it was altered. I do not like the jeans now as I feel it has been destroyed as the levis store gave me the alteration.I do not know what to do with the pants and neither aan i use it so the store people destroyed it while alteration...

Just got a rude shock - read rude behaviour at the Shoppers Stop outlet at South City Mall, Kolkata. My fav brand Levis. When asked about the difference in offers at Levis Store, South City Mall and the Shoppers Stop Outlet - the 2 salesmen esp the one looking from North East was mockingly rude - something my fav Levis class does not require. Anyway its upto you whether i keep u high up on my list.

I have purchased one jeans on 21/06/18 and it was given for alter as per suggestion of sales girl. According to the receipt, the jeans was suppose to ready by 23/06/18. But when i visited they asked me to collect it on 24/06/18 as the jeans was not ready. On 25/06/18 i went again to store to collect the same but the manager (Ravi choudhury) said that the tailor is sick and they will do the alter at outside and asked me to collect on the next day i. E. On 26/06/18. On 29/06/18 i had again visited the store for the third time but the manager apologies and again asked to collect it on the very next day i. E. On 30/06/18. Today on 3/07/18, 4.48 pm i went again to collect that jeans. The manager (Ravi choudhury) was on lunch break, and one of sales man (Umesh gogoi) again asked me to wait for one hour to make the alter. But unfortunately i was running out of time so i told him to ready the jeans by tomorrow and also reminded him their irresponsibility and casual approach to customers, then he misbehaving me and shouted at me abruptly. I request levi's customer support manager to look in to this issue seriously and reply me back.

I bought a levis shirt from bhubaneswar orissa in the month of april 2018 and paid around inr-2600. When i washed the shirt for first time the color of the shirt started fading. I washed the shirt only two times and in both washes the color ripped off from shirt. I don't understand how the brand like levis sell such products. We can expect a good quality at 2600 budget. Let me know what should i do now. Now i have a doubt on the originality of the products. Plz exchange my shirts..

I have bought your company s stuff (1 jeans, 1 shirt and 2 t shirts) 15 days back from your retail outlet located at dumas road surat
All that stuff had been bought by me when i was on family visit of surat city.
My complaint is that when i washed my polo levis t-shirt for the first time the t shirt is being torned from armpit side and got holes in it as well as the logo sticker which is being patched at the left chest side of that t shirt also being removed at its own.
So it's my request to do needful in this matter

The jeans have a split in the hip area, which shows that the quality of the material is very poor since denims never get frayed in this manner. There has been no tear due to any other obejct, this split happened on its own during normal wear. The poor quality of the cloth is to blame for this, and thus the jeans must be replaced as soon as possible.

I bought this jeans a year back in april from viviana outlet, thane. Based on its reputation i believed that it will be worth all that money. And as much as i know jeans as an apparel remains the same over the years at least for 2 to 3 years. But this this has got bubbles near the thigh area and small threads are coming off in the month of march. If this is the quality for which i paid 4k i don't think ill ever buy a so called levis jeans ever.

I bought a jeans at levi's at phoenix market city, bangalore last saturday (19 may 2018). I paid 600 by points redemption and the rest 2500 by credit card. Today (24 may 2018) i went back to the shop to return that jeans but the skop keeper refused to take my jeans for refund even though my jeans was not used and was in very good condition. My bill never said anything about no return or exchange when item purchased using point redemption. I want my jeans money back. I don't like this product and i don't wanna use it too.

Purchased 2 nos of levi's shirts along with jeans from levi's showroom at gtbnagar, delhi-9. Stuff of the shirts are very fine and i am enjoying to wear it. Unfortunately, i am sorry to say that the quality of the buttons are so bad and one shirts buttons are already broken. You are requested to take necessary action so that the brand name not to be disgraced.
