I have purchased one jeans from your rajpur road store dehradun the product code was-[protected] 34blrmb_rl65504_optic1 worth 5999 on 10/01/2017
With in few days i have noticed that cloth fiber from jeans was continuously coming out i informed store person they said wash it once, i followed their instructions but problem was still there after few days i noticed small holes in the jeans.
I went to the store talked to the store manager he said they will replaced it and they need some time after 10 days i went back asked status he said come back after 4 days again after one week i went there, store manager told me there is sale going on so they can not bill right now today after 15 days when i went there again they are again giving excuses and saying that they are not authorized for this
So i want to ask levies where is my fault i paid you and i am struggling for the product since last 5 months.
I request you to take appropriate action on this

My brother had recently gifted me a denim from levis xclusive store Linking road, mumbai. aftr the first wash i can see a stain on the piece at the back beneath the belt loop. we havent kept the bill for the same. i hvnt faced such a problem in Levis earlier as i m very much comnfortable with ur products .kindly suggest what to do as it costed around 5500.00

I purchased 4 levi's jeans from levi's registered showroom based out of pink square mall in jaipur.

I made this purchase on 25th december 2017. After 1 month of this purchase i observed that the jeans was showing marks of wear and tear.in just couple of wear jeans was like that. During this i havent washed the jeans even once. I am attaching pics for your reference.

I have become a levi’s loyalist over the last few years but i have to say i am terribly worried about the last product i purchased. The transaction number is 5747, purchased on 14th jan 2018 from infinity malad, mumbai. It’s a pair of denims for ladies. I have washed this pair about 4-5 times till date and every time the colour of the water alarms me. This has never happened before with any of my other denims and i know enough to know this isn’t the colour of indigo running out. The water is a yellowish colour when soaked in water and turns to a muddy brown upon adding detergent. I don’t experience any skin irritation and i am perfectly comfortable whilst wearing the pair. But i can’t help but be worried about this. Would be great if someone could advise asap.

Sir i am general client of levi's since 2004. Be that as it may, i have been confronting a genuine worry from most recent one year. As i purchased a jeans (Product code-51134) from your vaishali nagar jaipur store marda associates. Receipt number is 3921. This is the first run through when i confronted such unpleasant circumstance. The item which is specified above is discovered the pealing (Weaving) while time of procurement and the same was counselled with the business official yet they guaranteed and make me persuaded this is nothing and a similar will be cleared in first wash. Be that as it may, now there is a gap happened. Neither they are prepared to get this trade nor ready to give the arrangement. I have given my two phants for 're alteration in vizag dwarakanagar store.. When i bought bought four pants in the same store.. He took just one hour to finish alteration and he has handed over the new pants on the same day..
And after two days i have given my two old levis jeans for 're alteration and now it's already two weeks now.. And when i am asking him about my pants.. He is keeping me waited in the store.. If i still ask him about that.. He is just saying me.. It's not so easy job.. And it takes time and you have to wait.. And upon that he has already informed me to pay money for the service.. And now i want to know what is wrong with your services.

I like to informe that I have purchase one pant on 3/02/2018 from dhanbad Big Bazar area outlet but when I go for payment then ur outlet staff ask me to pay in cash but when I deni than he take time for alternative arrangement which is very much time taking.As a customer I am very much offset from the type of service. I purchased a reversible shirt from Lewis store @ Ambience Mall Gurgaon, not even washed for the first time and just been wore once found some holes in the shirt when wanted to put it on for the 2nd time in the same week .

When we went to the showroom to complain about it, we were told to drop the defective shift there so they can send it for a quality check and revert back in 8-10 days, but no one was bothered to do so till about one month and that too when we ourselves visited the store again and we're told haven't got any response might take few more days, post that after one and a half month gone we visited again and now we're told that we might have tampered the piece on our own and they can't do anything in it.

I purchased a printed denim pants from the levi strauss shop in edapally kochi. The fabric is thin and stretchable they told. I don't use this fabric for any kind of rough use. Recently without any tampering while i had to stand up from my knees i saw the fabric being torn just like any low quality poor fabric. I was too much impressed by the brand name before this incident but now i would never recommend any of my friends or relatives this brand. I know that is not a big thing for this very famous brand but still that is just a small thing which i can do from my end. This is the first time i saw a denim material being torn like a cotton fabric

I have purchased Levi's jeans from amazon site and i have an doubt that product is not original or may be first copy of original.It has black label in back side "LEVI'S LINE 8" 519 code, I have never seen this type of label. So please advise me that its a new label in the market or copy of original one. I have also attached picture for the same .

I purchased a ladies midrise skinny fitting jeans on 10th march 2017. It's code 711 and has manufacturing year as 2017 on its label.
I purchased this jeans from pune j m road branch. I have submitted this particular product in the same branch yesterday. Hence requesting you to do the needful as this has happened for the first time in 30yrs.

Lies lies lies. They will lie as they please to sell anything in their store. Expect no integrity or honesty from the sales person in their store. Don't even imagine exchanging anything. I had bought 4 jeans on a buy 2 get 2 offer. They forced me into buying the 2 least expensive jeans for free. I had bought 2 jeans priced more than 3k but was shown jeans priced less than 2k for the 2 you get for free. They simply dont show you the other stuff. When i asked for an exchange to size 27 as i felt after wash it loosened up a bit, they said they don't have it and the sales person (Who is a blatant and disrespectful liar) said there is only one piece available and it's in andhra and chrompet chennai. (I can't believe a store lies and insults a customer like this). And i checked the same jean was available in the store at first floor. And can you imagine they even went to the extent of saying that the model i had chosen doesn't come in size 26 or 27 at all. The starting size is 28 and it can't be found in any store in india since those sizes are not manufacturerd in that model which was a big fat lie because they have it the levi's store on the first floor. They'll tell you anything to sell their stuff. What's even worse is i can't give a feedback to levi's india because when i go to their feedback page i an not allowed to access the page without login credentials. If this business has soo much as a semblance of integrity they should get back to me and have the store apologize for all the lies and insults.

Store people are not giving compliant number registered at levi's and it's completing month they are not ready to exchange product. This is 2nd time it has happened earlier warranty period was lapsed so it was not exchanged but this time i have returned the product within 2 months of. Purchase as conveyed by them it shud be within 3 months of purchase date if there is any issue company 'll exchange it.. I want to file a complaint on store as well as they are cheating on their customers by giving fake commitments and request to levi's company to exchange my product...

I purchased a jense from levi's store in udaipur on offer of 30%.
But i want to exchange it because it's waist size is lesser.
But the store owner says that they can't exchange because i purchased that jense on offer scheme.

This is to inform you that I have been a very kind customer of yours since years and this is the second time i am facing this issue of poor quality of my sweater which i have bought from one of your store. I went to one of your stores to get it replaced but I was told that I was not having bill of this item purchased . You only tell who will secure the bill of such item for months. This is just the trust of levis that I have been coming to your stores for shopping since years . Its not only I who has been purchasing these items from your stores but I have also referred to other customers also. You only decide what will be the image of yours if you will treat your customers like this. its around 1 year back I have purchased this item... sweater was around 2000 ...Its really frustrating that brand of such high customer satisfaction has such issues and beside this they are not resolving these issues.. Kindly either solve my problem or I'll have to knock the door of Consumer Court... I have been your kind customer for years .Kindly dont break your trust for few bucks. Kindly do the needful

I had bought a levi's denim jacket of worth 2799 rs, but after a wash it doesn't look like new, it looks like used jacket, so i asked them to replace it or refund, but they are saying "the fabric is like that only, it gets new shade after every wash, we cannot replace or refund". But what's the point of buying a new jacket of 2.8k that looks like a jacket that haven't washed since ages, its faded and has got white lines all over the jacket, did not expect this from levi's, i've been a loyal customer since many years.
