I went to the store at Mall Road Amritsar, first time ever i visited there.i was with my freind, we tried stuff, a lady deal us we were the single customer there that time arround 1.30 PM, we tried 511 fit, fit was ok, after that we asked about the colour option, she tried to show the colours, but we didnt like that she opened 11-12 jeans, but non of them we liked, than we asked about the other store of levi's if available in amritsar, she said no more store in amritsar(But later on we came to know there are 2 more stores), then we replied its ok we will see in other city, she tried to belittle us, she said nobody can show this much of colour option(in rude manners), you wasted our time you should buy atleast 1 pc, then we replied we don't like any jean sorry, she replied thank you(in unprofessional manners)

I purchased Levis jeans Style code M0320 color black from Shoppers stop Ludhiana. The one I bought was 711 Skinny type, but just after a wash it became loose and saggy . Its color fadded away from pockets and edges.
I am very unhappy with the product and in near future I wont recommend anybody to buy any stuff especially jeans from Levis. I want my money to be refunded or to exchange my jeans.

I had purchased Levi's jeans worth Rs 3000 from Levi's outlet in Greater Noida from Ansal Plaza Mall.After wearing 2 times only, the fabric produced wobblin(Bhur in Hindi)and the cloth is really rough from inside. It is difficult to wear this. On complaining about the same in July Month, the shopkeeper of the Levi's store, took the jeans and gave me the slip. The staff did not have the courtesy to call me back and after several follow ups, he said Madam our company has tried to remove the wobblin and now should be ok. You can collect the same back from our store (9/16).I am still not satisfied as the jeans is still rough from inside and the problem still persists. Request the Levi's team to look into this issue ASAP and help me to return this product and allow me to buy another jeans in order to adjust the cost.

I have purchased a genuine leather belt of levi's from mumbai. After 2 days o[censored]sing its stiches coming out. It doesn't remain attractive. I suggest levi's to concentrate on their quality to maintain the reputation they have in the market. Please look to this complaint and please reply me as soon as possible. I have not expected this kind of product from levi's.

I bought a mens black denims from levis gaur mall ghaziabad...nd the frst day i wore it..m legs turnes out to b black...nd even after wash it leves colour whenever i wear it...i never expected this kind of product from levis...its not the first time that i bought a denim from levis...but this was really a bad experience...i bought the ddenim no 511 regular fit...even the the fabric of the denim was of poor quality..it was sooo ruff that it hurted m skin even..

I walked into levi's ssipl lifestyle pvt ltd store at sakchi in jamshedpur seeing the summer eoss - 2016 with 50% off on purchases on 7/23/2016.
My intention was to pick up the traditional blue denim jeans for daily visit to the steel plant. However, sales associate rahul kumar impressed me with a black pair with new features of an extra pocket with zipper under the right lower thigh. I gathered it would be extremely comfortable & safe to carry the smart phone. The second feature was the reflector stitched inside which would be useful indicator for safe travelling by night on motor bikes if one rolls up the length at the bottom.
I decided to take it together with a classic blue shirt and walked out happy after payment.
My happiness was cut short after the first wash, when i found out that the color had run out and faint white lines appeared on the jeans. I thought in the washing machine the rinse was not good enough so asked him to repeat the wash separately. To my utter dismay it was no better but it had faded further with the lines still there.
Today 8/21/2016, i went back to the shop - levis-ssipl-sakchi, house # 37, upper ground floor, po&ps sakchi, jamshedpur, singbhum east, jharkand having tin no [protected] & cin: u85190dl2007ptc166053
The in charge at the counter - avtar was at his shocking behavior talking to me like a lawyer asking me all weird questions and blaming me totally. Now, i buy something from levi's an international brand, do i need to think twice about the product quality. He is representing a minuscule retailer and behaving like he is on the board of the company that also no one does it. No ethics at all to treat customers, repeatedly telling me that i was told about the black color which has no guarantee does it mean their vendors have no check for fabric quality, color etc. Let him prove from his cctv recording that i was warned about the color fading. I would not have bought black if this was the case.
I am very disappointed with my purchase and more so with that rude shop-in-charge. He kept back the jeans and said that he would get back to me after talking to his boss by wednesday[protected].
Please check on his intentions and let me know asap or else i will have to go public with all proofs including photos in hand.

I am really surprised that there is no response in the last 48 hours on my complaint for sub standard material used in levi's jeans and marketed in india. Your jeans are pricey and inversely proportional to the quality.

Your people manning the shops are atrocious. The guy in levis-ssipl-sakchi, house # 37, upper ground floor, po&ps sakchi, jamshedpur, singbhum east, jharkand is fit to cleaning public toilet. You must fire him immediately and send him to rehab center asap.

In any case, i need my money back or replacement of similar designed jeans in blue denim as you do not guarantee in black color.

If you have an international refund policy worldwide why does not it apply to india?

I purchased a shirt from levis store in visakhapatnam (andhra pradesh). the color of shirt is faded into two colors back side is original color front side color is faded i purchased many clothes in levis this is the first time i had a problem 2years back i purchased a shirt from tommy till the shirt looks very good even i asked the store executive for my problem they told we cannot do anything is this the way they treat the customers is their...

Dear sir, i have purchased a denim from mahagun mall store vaishali gaziabad.
Colour blends upto extent that shirts cuff and hands become blue in 2 hour.
Have washed 2 to 3 times.
Have requested store manager who kept for 10 days and then returned saying it is natural colour and will bleed.
Sir pl take it seriously other wise i will have to knock consumer court and social media.
This customer of yours is not from the lot who will ignore but will your the media social media and consumer court.

I have purchased two tees at levis orion mall and was provide a wrong when i have seen it back home, it mentioned another extra tee of 999 rs and a deduction of 367 and at end mentioned as 632 amount is paid as cash, where i dint pay in cash.
When i called up and asked they said they will check and revert back.
Then i got call after few minutes and stated that bill was previous customer deduction so if that is the case why is it mentioned as added component in my bill.
I have shopped at levis from almost 7 years and min of bill of 10k at least in three months. You can check my card number with mobile [protected] and this is the first time i felt something wrong and first time to compliant.

I bought a jeans worth inr 3.399/- from emdee apparels, jayanagar, bangalore on 11-july-2015. after billing manager says leave jeans for three days to just alter the length. i again went today (15-july-2015) and got the same response. they say that tailor is not available. when i pay so much money and you don't want to provide proper service close your shop and go home. fools

Myself aravind. aged 23.. a real time fan of levi's products. always dreamt to purchase a genuine product of levi's and a week ago i got one casual tee with my own money of rs.1500 inr., after a wash it started fading out and looked like a three year old shirt. all my friends started criticising me saying i wasted money by purchasing such a product from a company like this.
I am completely devastated after purchasing it. completely insatiable. such a big company, manufacturing such worst material. i lost my bill, or else i would claimed something by now.
But i promise, i'm not gonna purchase anything from your company from now. i done.. and remember if this continues, you guys are gonna face a big crash down of your products in the market.

My name is dinesh chauhan (mob.: [protected]). i bought 01 denim jeans from great india palace, noida (levi's store gip mall) and cost of the product was inr 4099.00. i returned the denim jeans to the store on dt. 10.04.16 and slip was given to me against the return. there is excessive pilling on the jeans. the defect code is mentioned on the slip as as 18358 and i have been told to come and collect free replacement after 45 days and to my surprised when i visited the store after the allocated time given - again i hv been told to write to customer care directly as store cant do anything. customer claim "settlement" slip no is 59071. why i have been given a slip if store can't process the request of return. it's been 03 months passed and nothing is done. i am felling like ditched.

Could u pls advise what is this practice of levi's store. they should have refused to accept the return - and if they are accepting something and giving a proper slip, the return should have been done.

This is really really unethical pratice by levi's store.

I need a resolve.

Hi i have purchased this tee from your store MGF Mall levi's Marda Associates, 22 godown Jaipur on 21th May 2016 and after using this for 10 days and one wash, it got very loose and size looks like xl from medium, please find attached photo for reference .

please look into this matter otherwise i will raise this case in consumer forum and media.

Response of store manager was very rude and not satisfactory.

I have purchased 4 levis jeans on 19/06/2016 from levis-west wind mayur vihar c-4/19, acharya niketan phase 1, mayur vihar delhi.
Sales person who attended me has informed that he would give member ship with this purchase.
When i went for counter for billing, billing staff told me that i am not eligible for membership with this purchase.

I brought two jeans worth rs 3700 three days back from csmmall ajmer
I gave it for alteration the shop keeper asked me to pick it up on sunday
Today i found that the pants were not properly cut n folded
The seams were untidy
On complaining the shop keeper said that he will do it again after 10 to 15 days
He started getting irritated

We have recently purchased Levis Gift card worth 3000 rs from Amazon India. However, we have been to more than 6-7 Levis stores in hyderabad and none of the places were accepting the gift card. Also no one in the store has an idea on where it is applicable. Please provide the list of exclusive stores in hyderabad where it is accepted. Would be good if you include all this information during purchase instead of assuming that customer will find out the details on his/her own.

Its not exactly a complain. Levis jeans are great. Be it the fit or the comfort... But the height bothers me. Being a tall girl the full jeans of your brand stands just above my ankle. This make it awkward and the real look of the jeans is lost. Not just me. There are many tall girls out there who are not able to buy them just because they are too short. A couple of inches more can fit beautifully. A tall jean can be cut short to desired size. But a small jean can't be made bigger. Please just look into it.

I have purchased one Levis T Shirt, last 3 months before from Gujrat APR 6TH2016 Levis show room with price 1499/- breaks red color. This T shirt has discolor.If such way Branded company does not guarantee so what is the difference foot path shops & branded showroom.Now it become fade, I cannot use.Pl. give me advice what to be done.
