Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a Black colour jeans from a Levi's store in Phoenix city mall in bangalore. After a single wash, it has become faded (spots) and the fabric has got loosen. when i went for exchange, the shop keeper told it cant get exchange as it is black colour just because of arguments he kept it and asked to come after 15 days. Along with it, he has not even given a receipt just wrote on the bill pending for exchange. Please let me know what can be done.

I Purchased a jeans from ur levis store located at swaroop nagar, sai height 7/187 in which they cheated on me by given me a wrong jeans. My west size is 38 n they provided me 36 by saying tht it will loose after alteration n wearing. but nothing had happen like that n now they are not exchanging it. I kindly request u to pls take sum action against them by providing me a new jeans.

i have purchase a shirt on 2/3/16 from c.S.Trade line pvt.Ltd. Levis store. Jamshedpur jharkhand. Dv coad[protected] . Size -m and returns them on 25/5/16. There is a colour defect as well as bobbles are coming out both side of the shoulder of the shirt with in the month. I have given the shirt in the store but they are refusing to exchange, please help me out from this problems and exchange my shirt as soon as possible

I bought 2 levis denims from one of your authorised dealers located in surat, gujarat, india. The name of the dealer is saffron lifestyle traders p ltd located in vr mall, surat.
I washed the denim for the very first time and it got damaged on the right side near the hip pocket at 2 places.
Believe me this was a very bad experience with levis where a denim got damaged in the first wash into a normal washing machine. I doubt on the quality of material used in the denim.
I have already handed over the same to the dealer for replacement and the dealer told the company will decide what to do further after checking.
I want the company to replace the same at the earliest and inform the dealer accordingly. I have attached the complaint slip received from the dealer. Hoping for a favourable reply. I am reachable on[protected].

This is to bring to ur notice that my husband is a regular customer at levis.He had purchased this tshirt on 22may'16 at levis shipra mall.It went so unnoticed that we didn't open the tshirt immediately at home.I removed the tshirt after 4days for ironing so that he could wear it and I noticed that there were some spots on the tshirt.We went to the showroom to exchange it with the bill, the staff there was not ready to listen and he said that they normally open the tshirt or any product before the customer buys.My husband tried telling him that we hadn't opened the tshirt before buying and also that it was not worn.The staff there didn't listen to us so my husband left the tshirt there with your staff and left.We are very disappointed with your services ...i[censored] can check please do we have shopped for more than 10-15k at every visit...we wouldn't bother about 1799 tshirt but the behaviour o[censored]r staff was unacceptable .

I have always loved the brand, but the experience this time was very unsatisfactory... Brought this shirt to wear on my birthday and the levi's tag is missing, realised only after a friend pointed it out, very very embarrassing in front of everyone as it makes it seem duplicate... You dispatched it with no quality check and #shoppersstop. Received it without qc again.. No words.. Please take it back. Thanks

I have been a regular levi's customer since 10years and more. But folate i m dissatisfied with the product quality. I had bought a levi's jeans before 2or 3 months of 32waist. But it got torn in the 3rd usage at the croch area. I thought it happened due to the jeans being tight so next purchase i bought a denim of 34" waist thinking it would not cause the same but on the contrary i faced the same problem. I would like to know why this has been happening of late and i have 2pairs of denim in the same condition and hence it is not wearable. Kindly provide me a replacement of my denim or sort our the problem or refund my money because i think i am loosing confidence in your company

I am a big fan of levi's for its fitting and fabric.
But first time i am highly disappointed by the post sales service of levi's store lacated in gim mall, noida, india.
I purchased a jeans on 1st may 2016 and noticed a defect in beltloop area on next day. And visited the store on 3rd may hoping defect will be fixed or jeans will be exchanged.
But in return the response i got from the store was hilarious, he told me that it defect happened due to putting jeans in hanger but at thr same time didn't agree that same can happened in their trial room as their trail room has movable hamgers.In short he made his judgement that defect happened at my home not in his store. And not only this he tried to fix that but in result he made it worse.
Then i asked to move my request at higher level and he noted my request under defect code: 28334.
But today on 17th november 2016 i called (They didn't even call me back) the store to know thr dtatus of my request but disappointingly i was asked tocollect the jeans saying it has returned and remarked that defect is not genuine.

I am very much disappointed with the quality of Levi's jeans.My last two jeans torn out within a few months with minimal use and even after taking proper care. Also the colour fades out easily in a particular reason which you can see in the photos I'm attaching herewith.I use other jeans as well which are much better in terms of longevity.Hope you will look into the matter.

Nd when go 2 store at levis jail road
They igrone the voucher nd said that come tommrow by some server problem
When i go again at store they r just ignoring me
N said plz go to the another store they r tring 2 emphasis me
we cant accept this voucher bcoz we only recived by manual billing bla bla bla

I have purchased around 10 gift cards worth rs.10000/- and now, non of levi's stores in mumbai are accepting it saying, software is not updated.

Also no one is picking up customer care number [protected].

I feel cheated by levi's and they should address it quickly.

Please look into it on priority or else i have to go to consumer forum.

Hi all,
I have purchased a levi's wallet last month from myntra app. And it stared to loose it's logo's color in just 15 days. I am a big fan of levi's but this kind of quality will make me think to buy levi's product in future or recommend it to others. The metal price on which the logo is printed stated to loose it colors. Can you please suggest me what to do in this regard.

I bought a new indigo jeans which was the latest collection launched from Jorhat, Assam Levi's store on 25th April. Same was given for length alteration. The standard of the alteration job was not upto the mark and also length was shorter than the desired one. Instead of tailor taking the measurement one of the sales girl took the measurement which lead to this confusion. The finishing was very bad which spoiled the entire look of the jeans. Also the store manager was shrud in his behavior after giving complaints. Request your speedy and necessary action. I have been a Levi's customer since 2002 nd this is my first ever horrifying experience which is not expected from such reputed brand.

I purchased black jeans for my wife from south Avenue mall Jabalpur mp but after 1 wash its colour fed and it look like a local jeans . This type of quality is not accepted if you spent 1522 rupees on a product on sale and the salesman told us nothing can be done with discounted item.
So dear levis you conveyed this message that one must not purchase any item on 'sale'.

Recently bought a pair of Levis jeans(Men). Somehow did not like the quality of denim and wanted to either exchange the jeans or have it refunded. However, when I went back to the store the store Manager (Nikhil Garg- Ambience Mall, Gurgaon) refused to exchange them or refund my money. On calling the customer service, they informed me that there is no such policy of not refunding or exchanging the product.
Extremely disappointed with the service. I really hope that through this forum I am able to bring this to the notice of the higher management of the company.

I bought a jeans shirt & belt from levise store located in 4D mall chandkheda ahamedabad on 14.3.16 night at 9 pm . This set was to be used on 15th evening for an event, On 15.03.16 morning at 11 am went there for replacement of belt with bigger size, they told they dint had a bigger size in stock .they gave me size 32 which was short in size, so I asked for refund so that I can buy belt from other store, they refused for refund .promised for exchange next day . again on going there next day they dint managed for the replacement and again refused for replacement and I was forced to buy another product which was not needed at the time by paying them my hard earned money . i request you to do the needful.

I ordered a levi's watch on jobong.com & it was defective watch I have completed it too them. But no response from them ...
I just wanted the belt of that watch please provide me the watch belt. ..

I purchased jeans at your Levi's store in Hyderabad central mall. On first wear Ifound the dye on the pant is getting off and the colour is getting on to clothes and shirts. Please note it is before wash. When I complained to your sales team they made me to run around for 12 times to your shop for exchange and finally showed me the tag which shows on wash to be careful for colour fade. Most irresponsible and wrong answer. I need my money...

I had a very bad experience at Levis showroom at Bangalore Orion mall on 27/1/2016. I wanted to buy style # 511 and i was looking at the product for over 10 minutes. None of the staff bothered to help me though they were available. They were busy with their own work. Finally i started checking at the merchandise which suits me. One of the staff( didnt check his name)a guy who is fat with beared came to me and spoke to me so rudley and also misbehaved instead of helping.

May i request the concern to keep dedicated and polite staff to service the customer at your show room.
