I bought two jeans from your company outlet at new market, Bhopal on 08.07.2012 vide cash memo no.[protected],during discount offer but fitting of one jeans was not fulfilled my requirement. I went to your outlet to replace said unfit jeans but found that there was no jeans which was fulfilling my fitting requirement .
So I requested to sales man of your company to give me new jeans in fresh lot (without discount offer) but he was not ready to do so even I was ready to pay difference amount. I am highly disappointed to your company's customer services. I have purchased so many times from your company outlet but this was my first bitter experience from the side of your customer services.



I request you to please get this jeans replaced from fresh lot or my money back.

I had purchased a new pair of jeans from Levis store in orbit mall at bangalore on the 20th of August 2012 but since i live in mysore and i was leaving to mysore the same day,they told me that i can get my jeans altered anywere in levis store across India. so i came back to mysore and gave the jeans to the levis store at mysore Devaraja urs road on the 22nd august 2012 to alter the length to 37 1/2 inches.But...

Yesterday i purchased 4 pair of jeans and two t shirts from a levis store
worth Rs. 10, 599.

The sales man there told me that because its a sale season it will take a
few days for alteration and

I asked him about the store in my locality he confirmed that they will do
the alteration.
So today i went to the store that is near my house.

There the sales man and the manager said that *we do not do alterations for
that store as we are a franchise not the authorized Levis store and we have
to pay Rs. 50 to the tailor for these things*.

And when i asked them about the manager of Levis in Jaipur the sales man
replied "*Do whatever you want we will not do the alteration*"

I just want to know what kind of customer service or rather stupidity is
this on the part of *LEVIS * which is such a reputed brand.

*I want a quick response regarding this issue other wise i would return my
purchase back to levis with full reimbursement of money as well as the
harassment which i had to suffer from the sales man as well as the manager
of the store.*

I brought a jean from Levies outlet at MG road, Trivandrum on 19.05.2012 and the payment was done via card. The jean worn off within a month and the same was taken to the stores and unfortunately I lost the bill for the purchase. On 30.06.12, I went to the showroom and the showroom manager took back the jean and he made me write down my mob number and name and promised to call me within a couple of days. On 05.06.12, when I went to the showroom to en quire about my jean, the staff there informed me that both the store managers are not available and asked me to come on the next day. On 07th July'12 when i went to the showroom, showroom manger was available and after making me to wait for some time, the manager simply told me that they were not able to locate my jean and he asked me come on 8/9, July'12. IF this is the customer care of Levis India, pl do some thing. The purchase was made on 19.05.12 and the cost of the jean was Rs. 2599/-

Black Jeans Pant purchased on 13th Oct 11, It's color started fading very fast, now there is spot on both legs. please look in to it.

I had bought two denim pants on two different occasion after using for some time it got teared from knee portion as i had a liking towards your product i kept buying. as i am 47 years old i can not use denim which tore from knee portion which can be termed as fashion staement. In second instance i bought a sandle which is also teared from one side. i want to show both the trousers and sandle to you so that you can evaluate that how much i have used them and what is their condition.kindly be quality conscious and atleast give a proper solution to this problem.

I purchased a T shirt from Levis store located at Ambiance Mall, Gurgaon on 28th Jan'12. On reaching home I came to know that T shirt has a hole in the arm sleeve.When I contacted the said store, they declined to respond citing baseless reasons. I have purchased two Levi's jeans on 22.12.2011 vide Transaction No.62218 at 1703 hrs.-Total cost amounting to Rs,4698/-. Then at 1713 hrs vide Transaction No.62219 ,on the same day without leaving the store, I have purchased another paid of Levi's jeans for an amount of Rs.2299/-
I was given to understand from the sales representative, that on purchase amounting to over Rs.6000/- entitles me to to a free gift Levi's watch. But when the 2nd pair of jeans was being billed, the Cashier who stated that he was the Supervisor of the stores by the name of Mr. Alex- said that I will not be entitled to the gift offer of a Levi's wrist watch as two different transactions have been made. I feel this is ridiculous, as in a matter of only 10 minutes the two purchases were made and the total amounted to over Rs.6000/-
I will be highly obliged if I get a favourable reply/ gift offer of the Levi's wrist watch.

This is Jasmeet Singh. I have been a regular customer of Levi's from a considerable time. I have always liked using Levi;s stuff. But i have come across such a bad experience which led me to reach Levi;s complaint center.

I bought a jeans (Article no. G3095) from Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. Unlike my past experience, I am very upset with this one. The stuff, stitching and fabric is so rigid that it always hurts my skin while using the pockets. Even after wash, the fabric is so thick and stiff.
I have already raised the issue with your branch executive but did't received expected response.

So, I want you to please have an insight to the issue and reply me within time. This is awful to buy stuff from brands ad not enjoying the worth.

I purchased a shirt today from Levis allahabad civil lines,'above friends restaurant', i asked the shopkeeper twice to give me a medium size shirt, that to he gave a large one. I went back in about 1 hour i asked to give medium, he denied that this can't happen, because its not in store.He said see something else, i lyked a shirt pricing 1800, then i dint lyked anything else. i wanted the same shirt of 1800 with 1000 rs. back or 2800 shirt in a medium size. Your employers committed mistake then why should your customers repent for this. I am very disheartened with your services. I dint expected something like this from Levis.

I had sent this complaint a week back and did not get any response or resolution to my problem.

I had bought a jeans on 20/7/2011 from The Levi's Store, Cochin (M/s Suncorp Retail Pvt. Ltd.), with Design No. is OL531-0343, size 30, orginal price Rs. 2399, price after 30% discount Rs. 1680.
I had requested for altering its length and collected it one day later.
I wore the jeans on 23rd and when I examined it in the evening I found a tear at the back pocket joint.
I took the jeans to the store with the complaint and faced some bad experience.
They said I would have got it torn on some sharp object, which I don't recall.
They said merchandise sold on sale cannot be exchanged even if the quality is bad!
Then they said it should have been brought back washed!
As you know it rains heavily in this place and if washed it will take at least a week to dry. You bill says 'Exchange within 7 days with bill".
On pressing the matter they unwillingly took down my mobile no. and promised to get in touch within a day, which they didn't.

We buy Levi's thinking it is of good quality. If you are selling seconds or damaged pieces on sale, it should be mentioned somewhere.
I want my faulty pair of jeans to be replaced or my money refunded within 24 hrs, else I will take this matter to the Consumer Court for redressal and compensation.
I would also bring this matter to social networking platforms for the benefit of other gullible customers.

i bought a levi's jeans @ 80% discount from Metropolitan mall saket.
while invoising they cut the label on the inside of the waistline stating they do it for all the SALE products.

the jeans had a cut on right knee only. it looked normal. but when i used for the 1st time, i found out that it had a Cloth adhesive tape on the back side. i think the store handed me a Factory second or rejected piece without informing me.

showroom in a mall is not a place to sell these items.

i bought a jeans on 14-06-11 of levis redloop of rs 4300, i had asked them for 32inch waist but they provided me 34inch and without tellin me thats it 34 they made me do the payment and i got that altered also but after tryin it i got to know that it was 34, and now they are not acceptin there mistake and arent providin me the new jeans. so please see to this.

wrote this about ur brand and ur staff team.its not a money problem.
In feb last week i purchase a shirt from levi's store mbd mall
ludhiana.after 2 month the shirt's colour was off the shirt's cloth
bursts.when iam going to store and showing the shirt then ur store manager
told me that the brush hit the shirt.iam telling u that iam used the levi's
from 1998.the 1st complaint and the store manager told the shirt will not
exchanged.i want exchange shirt because its ur fault not mine its mrp was
near about 2200.and that people does not exchange it

I have purchased Levis Signature jacket on 6th Feb'11 in rohtak store. using only 10 days and after 10 days i wash the Jacket the colour was fade. when i visit the rohtak store with this complaint he refused and said the name is changed and now its denizen and he cannot do anything. very bad experience to purchase LEVIS SIGNATURE and the ROHTAK STORE. IN FUTURE NEVER PURCHASE LEVIS SIGNATURE AND NEVER VISIT ROHTAK STORE.

i bought a levi's signature jeans and the colour of the jeans faded from some areas after the first wash when i went to the showroom with this complaint they say that the name has been changed to denizen and now they cannot do anything for it.

There was a promotional offer in Oct 2010, wherein I was promised a Levis Watch worth Rs 3500/ or more for purchase above Rs 7000/-.At the end of the sale and payment i was told that the watches are currently out of stock and they are being shipped from US and I will hear from them within a week. They never bothered to call/inform us regarding the status. I walked in to the showroom on Apr 2, 2011, only to learn that the consignment has been destroyed and Levis is offering Denim worth Rs 3900/- in replacement for the watch. After taking a look at the denim we were not happy with the fit nor the shades that were available and therefore asked them to either allow us to purchase other merchandise worth the amount or return the amount (Rs 3500/) which the sales guy refused. When I insisted i wanted to talk to the store manager he./she refused to come on line (phone), this was indeed a sheer disgrace. Why should Levis make false promise to their customers and they cannot push their unsold/un cleared stock to us. Can the concerned authority look in to the matter and do the needful

On the last day of levi's strauss signature i bought some clothes worth rupees 599, i paid by my CBI(central bank of india) debit card, due to technical error they tried 2 times so my money got deducted twice.

When i noticed, i complaint to the Manager. but they said that their all account details has gone to their head office. so i have to wait for some time. So i used to inquire daily but nothing had happened.

they always say that "they already discuss with their HO and i have to wait for some more time."
its been nearly around 25 days but i didn't get any proper response from them.

MY NAME IS HONEY BANSAL FROM BATHINDA . AND I HAVE PURCHASED ONE LEVIS JACKET FROM LEVIS STORE. THIS JACKET PRICE IS 4599.THIS JACKET DUE TO SOME PROBLEMS .AND I ASK MANGER PLZ CHANGE THIS JACKET THE MANAGER ASKED NO CHANGE AND NO RETURN THIS JACKET.HE IS MISBEHAVE ME .
