Please review my complaint id 56777,

"The return order IND[protected] was picked by the delivery boy Shubham Pawar, Mobile number [protected] and then again one more delivery boy came after one day who cancelled the return as I had already return it to Shubham. Please initiate a refund."

The reply from your customer support.
"As per the update from the Delhivery partner the product was returned to you. Unfortunately we would not be able to proceed without the product being returned."

How is it possible that the item which is picked as returned is again returned to me, I do not understand why Levis is not refunding my money back and I am getting the replies which I do not understand. I requested a call back multiple times but no response.

I requested the matter to escalate and first time I got this opportunity to send senior officers.

Kindly look into the issue, meanwhile I am buying Levis products from new id.

I ordered a jeans from levi.in online website through cash on delivery and I'm not satisfied with the product quality and fit so I returned it back the delivery agent picked up the return and it's showing like returned in the Levi's page but i didn't get refund till now it's been many days they even not responding for calls they don't have proper customer service toll-free number always says the line is busy and they don't even respond to...

I had ordered a jeans with 29w but was instead delivered a 26W and as there is no replacement policy, i had to initiate the return of order IND[protected] and it has been more than a week the product has been picked up but the company hasn't initiated the refund, their toll free number is inoperative and they don't reply to mails. Even the chat support does not work, i don't understand how a premium brand have such a pathetic customer support...

I had order a 29W jeans and they don't have a policy to replace the product so i initiated a return and it has been more than a week, no communication has been made by Levis in regards to refund of my Order IND[protected] and their tollfree number is not operative and have e mailed them a few times, no reply received in regards to that too. Pretty pathetic response of a premium brand.

Got no refund and even no contact about my refund from the company as the order was cash on delivery and i accepted the order and paid the amount and returned the order the same day till now 3 days went and got no update regarding my refund process and no response from their customer support also. I have ordered a jeans, the order ID is as follows: IND[protected]. The jeans that has been delivered is of a big size. I have ordered a return but my return was cancelled for no reason. I have created another request for return now. I have also tried to talk to the customer executive but the number seems out of order. I have written mails but did not get any response. Please help me with my return and help me get refund.

I order 2 pairs of jeans from the Levi's website and returned them. The items were picked up from my house immediately but the refund has not been initiated even after 3 weeks. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am extremely extremely frustrated and disappointed and will post about this behaviour extensively and make sure that anyone I know never purchases anything from Levi's India.

Denim stains shoes and bag worth more than 40k altogether. Kindly refund money back worth my belongings got damaged as well as denims....

My name is Prathamesh Sawant, and I recently purchased a Levis 513 Slim Straight jeans from the Levi's Store located in Shanti Nagar, Borivali West.

I needed the pant length to be altered, and I had informed the sales rep. at the store that I would need the length to be long enough as I wear boots frequently. When I received the jeans after alteration, and I tried it, I found that the length is shorter than I'd have liked, and I went back to the store to get it fixed.

I was then informed by the staff that the length of the jeans, once altered (reduced), cannot be increased again. This piece of information if crucial, and should have been communicated to me by the sales staff when they were taking the measurements.

I now have an item that I paid over INR 4, 000 for, and it's so short that I cannot use it anymore. I request, and hope that the store helps me out with a refund, as I am told that the product length cannot be altered to meet my requirements anymore.

Also, I'd request that the store staff receive the relevant training, so that customers are well-informed about the purchases that they are making, especially given the retail price of your jeans. Thank you, and I hope to hear back soon.

My refund has not yet processed. It has been quite long time since I have returned the product. No response from customer care

Its A Very Very Bad / Fraud Doing On Levi.in. I Have Returned 4 Jeans But No Refund Yet. Its Already Delivered To Levis. Delhivery Returned Tracking Details[protected]. Its Already Returned To Them On 16/JAN/2023. Lots Of Emails / Call Done But No Reply. Its Huge Amount. If Its Not Refunded By 7 To 10 Days. I Defiantly Go To Court For Filed A Case.

I bought 2 jeans from levis in which one was not fitting me properly so i returned it and it was picked up from my home on 11 january and the customer service person told me that you will recieve a mail after the pick up of the product but no mail has arrived yet.. I have also type the mail from 12 january but no action is being taken and they are also not answering to the phone calls.

Litreally worst experience i have ever had with these type of reputed company.It is not accepted from such a big company.

I have been delivered a women high waist jeans 12th January 2023. Order no was IND[protected]. IT was totally a different style and darker shade as it was shown in the site. Also it was larger than my usual size..not at all fit.. I wrote levis customer care asap on 12th itself but didn't get reply..It's been 5days since I am trying to contact customer support and still no help.. really disappointed

I really love the comfort and quality of Levi's jeans.My husband also wears Levi's jeans and is happy.last year we shopped for 30000 from our hard earned money out of which one Jeans ripped within a year.When I went to the store they said this is not our fault and denied to replace.I was in love with this jeans but now very dissatisfied with it.Really looking forward for a replacement.Its just been a year of such a good brand and this is the condition.

I have returned a shirt that i brought from Levi's official website and I returned it due to size issue. But I haven't received any refund yet from their side I tried to reach them through mail but didn't receive any response from their side.
