I had ordered a jeans with 29w but was instead delivered a 26W and as there is no replacement policy, i had to initiate the return of order IND[protected] and it has been more than a week the product has been picked up but the company hasn't initiated the refund, their toll free number is inoperative and they don't reply to mails. Even the chat support does not work, i don't understand how a premium brand have such a pathetic customer support...

I had order a 29W jeans and they don't have a policy to replace the product so i initiated a return and it has been more than a week, no communication has been made by Levis in regards to refund of my Order IND[protected] and their tollfree number is not operative and have e mailed them a few times, no reply received in regards to that too. Pretty pathetic response of a premium brand....

Got no refund and even no contact about my refund from the company as the order was cash on delivery and i accepted the order and paid the amount and returned the order the same day till now 3 days went and got no update regarding my refund process and no response from their customer support also. Doing fraud with the customers...

I have ordered a jeans, the order ID is as follows: IND[protected]. The jeans that has been delivered is of a big size. I have ordered a return but my return was cancelled for no reason. I have created another request for return now. I have also tried to talk to the customer executive but the number seems out of order. I have written mails but did not get any response. Please help me with my return and help me get refund....

I order 2 pairs of jeans from the Levi's website and returned them. The items were picked up from my house immediately but the refund has not been initiated even after 3 weeks. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am extremely extremely frustrated and disappointed and will post about this behaviour extensively and make sure that anyone I know never purchases anything from Levi's India....

Denim stains shoes and bag worth more than 40k altogether. Kindly refund money back worth my belongings got damaged as well as denims....

I needed the pant length to be altered, and I had informed the sales rep. at the store that I would need the length to be long enough as I wear boots frequently. When I received the jeans after alteration, and I tried it, I found that the length is shorter...

My refund has not yet processed. It has been quite long time since I have returned the product. No response from customer care...

Its A Very Very Bad / Fraud Doing On Levi.in. I Have Returned 4 Jeans But No Refund Yet. Its Already Delivered To Levis. Delhivery Returned Tracking Details[protected]. Its Already Returned To Them On 16/JAN/2023. Lots Of Emails / Call Done But No Reply. Its Huge Amount. If Its Not Refunded By 7 To 10 Days. I Defiantly Go To Court For Filed A Case....

I bought 2 jeans from levis in which one was not fitting me properly so i returned it and it was picked up from my home on 11 january and the customer service person told me that you will recieve a mail after the pick up of the product but no mail has arrived yet.. I have also type the mail from 12 january but no action is being taken and they are also not answering to the phone calls.

Litreally worst experience i have ever...

I have been delivered a women high waist jeans 12th January 2023. Order no was IND[protected]. IT was totally a different style and darker shade as it was shown in the site. Also it was larger than my usual size..not at all fit.. I wrote levis customer care asap on 12th itself but didn't get reply..It's been 5days since I am trying to contact customer support and still no help.. really disappointed

I have returned a shirt that i brought from Levi's official website and I returned it due to size issue. But I haven't received any refund yet from their side I tried to reach them through mail but didn't receive any response from their side....

As I had size issue so, I returned it and asked for the refund.
Few days after a delivery guy came for pick up and took the item. Within a day I got a mail from the customer service asking for the details of bank for the refund.
After providing all the details, they said they'll be forwarding to the account department.
Now it's been more than...

I returned 2 items (2 separate return requests). Courier services picked up the items. But I got refund for only one item. But the website shows that the refund is complete. I contacted customer support but no response.

I bought a Levis Jacket form Ajio on 21st November. It seemed good and I liked the quality. But yesterday when I washed it it lost its color and now it looks like it's years old. I can't were it now. Just after a month of buying. Very very disappointed....
