I purchased a Levis 512 Selvedge black with a waist size of 30. Since I was unwell and had to buy a size smaller than what I wear which is 32. When I measure the seam of the pant. It's 34. I got it to the notice of the store which is the Santacruz Linking Road Store in Mumbai. I must tell you it was the most horrible experience ever. The customer service person.lied he had no stock and made me come the very next day in the morning to exchange the jeans and made me speak to a woman sale person who made me incofortable. I have all text and whatsapp to show what am telling you and the store person Sami blamed me to torturing him. I have that also on text. My number is[protected] you can check how many times I buy Levis. But after this
No more buddy it's the end of this brand for me. I need a resolve

    Sir,
    I had already addressed the complain previously about one of my order that I bought from Levi's . was an Levis Woman Relaxed Fit Tshirt (A40110001XS) Quantity:01, My return ID Number :INDRS[protected]R1 which due to being an oversized I returned it back on 11th September 2022 . But still now there has not been any refund being provided. Its been 4 days Sir, from the time I have returned my product to their respective delivery partner Delhivery on 12th September 2022.. I have already lodged a complain against them through these platform. But they have still not returned to my text or to my calls.
    Sir, I am requesting you to help me in this situation, and get me to get my money back.

      Respected Sir,
      I have ordered a product on Friday 9th September 2022 from the Levis office website, (Order No: IND[protected] to which I got it on Sunday which was 11th September 2022 from Delhivery shipping partner, but since the product was a misfit. I immediately placed a request for return for which it got picked up on the very next day which was a Monday 12th September 2022 by the same Delhivery company. Sir, the website says that it gets refunded by 3 days . Its been three days and still no information on refunding my amount. I am constanly communicating with the customer care but they keep on sharing incorrect information either saying its been already processed or it will take time.
      Kindly, take urgent steps and help me in getting my money back.

        I bought a Levi's jacket some time ago, which I started using recently but it has recoloured just after the first wash.

        I reached out to brand customer support and they mentioned to drop an email to [protected]@levi.com, I did that but didn't get any response. Then I added [protected]@levi.in to the mail and its been more than 5 days there is no revert from the brand.

          I bought 3 Levi's jeans from Himayat Nagar Hyderabad Store and given for length alteration to my surprise after the alteration I see the jeans shape is completely ruined now this look like baggy pant or a bell bottom I feel embarrassed to wear such a kind of jeans I want to the return this product I sent multiple emails to Levi's and tried calling the store but there is no response I need help with this is

            I placed an order for Levis denim men shorts from Levis online store on[protected].

            My 1200/- also got deducted from bank account for the same. (Proof attached)

            But now when I see my order status or track my order, it shows that you have not placed any order.

            Please it's a request to refund my money and ask Levis not to do such fraud in future.
            Levis is a big company atleast maintain your faith on customer.

              Hi... I ordered from levis on 23/08/22... I've fitting issues... So I wanted to return the item and get a refund. I tried contacting them everywhere but unfortunately they didn't respond. Worst experience ever.

                  It’s been more than three weeks levis didn’t contacted me to get my bank details yet and their return policy says that they take 15 days and I haven’t received any refund…it’s been more than 15 days…my order id is #IND[protected] …i sent around 10 mails and tried to calls I haven’t received any response…kindly help me out with this i m tired of mailing you …. They are literally torturing me for my refund…how will you feel if i order from your site and forcefully take the product from your delivery boy without paying…i really wanna do it but I don’t wanna trouble delivery boy but if water goes upwards my head i will try this trick whatever happens in return

                    I purchased a ladies jacket from Levi’s store in Pune, amanora mall. The product was priced at 4999 and sales person billed me 5999.

                    When I enquired, he said it’s the price on the system. He should have informed earlier about the increased price and not post swiping my card.

                        Dear Team, I had bought a denim from Ambience Mall Gurgaon store 312 shaping slim in Dec, 2021. As instructed, the denim has been only handwashed, however the inner side of the denim has now got lint balls all over. This needs to be refunded or replaced.

                          Good morning sir/mam iam raajveer pareek . i have recently got 2 coupon for levi E Store of rupees 1500 each from my RBL credit card rewards points .. but i am unable to redeem those coupen . it was shown in the screen the that, this coupon cannot be currently added to your cart . so its my request to your team to help me out with this problem . or provide me another coupon ..thank you.

                            I ordered two pairs of slides from levis india store online and none of them fitted me well, so i returned them on time, but it's been around 15 days and i mail their customer service daily about this issue but they keep sending me the same autogenerated message all the time, i gave them my bank details and still they do not respond or even pick up calls my order no was IND[protected]

                              On 15 August, I have bought two pants from Levi's showroom in Pacific Mall NSP Delhi( near to NSP metro station), In one of the pant the company logo was missing on the rear pocket, whereas on another pant it was part of it, In this case, as per company standards, the second piece of the pant has to be considered as defected piece however it was SOLD to me as a fresh piece.

                              When I talked to the shop representative he mentioned that some time it happens, it is really a shocking statement for such a renowned brand.

                              Considering that the company should give us the proper companions for such defaulted piece

                              I have the proper bill of that purchase (I have purchased another items under this bill as well) enclosing the picture of the rear side and of the purchase.

                                Black denim premium quality jeans color fade

                                Hi Team,
                                I recently purchased black denim premium quality jeans of 6k. Within 1 month on first wash and that too washing inside out fades color and white spots are seen on complete jeans
                                There is no way to remove those spots.
                                If leavis premium product is also facing this issue,
                                then what is use of purchasing premium product from levis
                                I want replacement for levis jeans otherwise I have to raise a consumer...

                                  I have purchased 4 jeans from Levi’s store abulane, meerut.One grey color jeans I wear after 1st wash its all white lines all over the fabric & I tried again that the lines may be invisible after wash but the white lines are not going from the fabric.Other blue jeans is 18%wool in it because of that I’m unable to wear it in 40degree temperature as I have purchased it in July month from the Levi’s store.please help me.solve my problems as the company is very highly reputed.I’m wearing Levi’s co Jeans since decades.

                                    With my 1st light wash in cold water using little detergent, black strips came off, it now looks totally dirty and waste, I bought it last week only, its of rs rs.2399 and such poor fabric, i need refund of the product.

                                      I got a jeans from Levis Inorbit mall, Mumbai, within few months the jeans got torn badly at both the thighs. I complained to customer care Levis but they are not ready to exchange it. I am surprised a brand like Levis jeans can tear so badly so early. If they do not attend to my complaint next time I will not even think of buying any apparel from Levis
