I order a pair of shoes from levis.com. My order number is IND[protected]
As I had size issue so, I returned it and asked for the refund.
Few days after a delivery guy came for pick up and took the item. Within a day I got a mail from the customer service asking for the details of bank for the refund.
After providing all the details, they said they'll be forwarding to the account department.
Now it's been more than 10 days I haven't received my refund. They don't answer my mail, don't pick the call.
I want my refund. They can't keep my money this much longer .
Levi's India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They are scammers.

    I returned 2 items (2 separate return requests). Courier services picked up the items. But I got refund for only one item. But the website shows that the refund is complete. I contacted customer support but no response.

      I bought a Levis Jacket form Ajio on 21st November. It seemed good and I liked the quality. But yesterday when I washed it it lost its color and now it looks like it's years old. I can't were it now. Just after a month of buying. Very very disappointed.

          I bought a levis jeans for 3k and it started forming bubbles on the first wear. It's really dissapointing to face this. After paying a hefty amount for just a jeans. I have complained twice on their customer care number, they said to visit the store. They say, it depends on your and store people's mutual understanding. What is this answer? I would not recommend anyone to buy levis, if this is the behaviour they are upto.

                I haven't got refund for this order IND[protected]. The order was picked on 14 September but they haven't initiated any refund yet. Every time I mail them they revert back they've forwarded it to the finance team and they need some more time. How much time they want I don't understand

                  This is really sadening I've been trying to connect with customer care but no one is replying. Each time I ask for an update they ask me to wait and they've forwarded it to the finance team . For this order INDO00604497. It was returned on 14 September and it's been a month i haven't got my refund .

                            I had taken 4 jeans from Levi's shop at infinity Mall Malad West Mumbai on 18/7 /2022 recently when I wore one of the jeans it was shocking that the colour of the jeans was coming out due to which my clothes and my bag also got spoiled and the said colour even spoiled my sofa there after I checked the other jeans which was dark in colour and the same thing was happening to the other jeans also I have kept the jeans intact without removing the tag and I can show it to you whenever the same is called for this jeans are all of substandard quality and due to which my bag and my sofa has been applied and the stress which has caused to me which needs to addressed by the company due to which the faith which I have in Levi's jeans co has been tarnished by the company I request the company to take necessary action for the same failing which I would move the consumer court and even published the same on social media about the quality of the change hope you will do the needful in this case

When i asked for the bill they said that you'll receive a soft copy through your mobile phone. But i haven't recieved any soft copy. I have nothing related to the purchase.                                 This is experiencing this issue second time i have ordered online few sets of Jean's placed a week before and not yet delivered, if i see the tracking status it shows pickup not done, and customer service is not providing proper reply. Customer service say they will call back in an hour and will never turnup.
                                Last time I waited for the order for almost 20 days and finally cancelled it. During cancellation customer service will mention the reason as "on customer request", instead of mentioning the actual issue of theirs.
                                Levis has the worst customer service.
                                I will never order or recommend any one for this product.

                                  I had visited the levis showroom at Grand central Mall seawoods ..The experiencd was pathetic since awful customer service ...When i visited a lady executive and a junior sales executive were showing me my required jeans ..I had to shop 2 jeans ..total shopping expected was 9000 plus ...They both were about to givr me jeans for trail of my size ...all of a sudden Atish a sr sales executive cut there interaction with me sending them ..again started asking me what do i require ...I said i had briefed these two ...they should hv continued with me ..why have u barged in ..and for what i should brie[censored] again ...his answer was both wanted ti go for tea break ...Very unfortunate and pathetic behaviour ..He should have taken brief from his collegues instead probing me from begining ...The shop manager was also very numb, no interaction ..he cud have stepped from his desk to show the client what reqd but he didnt make an effort to talk ...Suggest please shut down the shop or penalise Mr Atish and his supervisor for their pathetic behaviour

                                    I purchased a Levis 512 Selvedge black with a waist size of 30. Since I was unwell and had to buy a size smaller than what I wear which is 32. When I measure the seam of the pant. It's 34. I got it to the notice of the store which is the Santacruz Linking Road Store in Mumbai. I must tell you it was the most horrible experience ever. The customer service person.lied he had no stock and made me come the very next day in the morning to exchange the jeans and made me speak to a woman sale person who made me incofortable.                                       I had already addressed the complain previously about one of my order that I bought from Levi's . was an Levis Woman Relaxed Fit Tshirt (A40110001XS) Quantity:01, My return ID Number :INDRS[protected]R1 which due to being an oversized I returned it back on 11th September 2022 . But still now there has not been any refund being provided. Its been 4 days Sir, from the time I have returned my product to their respective delivery partner Delhivery on 12th September 2022..                                         I have ordered a product on Friday 9th September 2022 from the Levis office website, (Order No: IND[protected] to which I got it on Sunday which was 11th September 2022 from Delhivery shipping partner, but since the product was a misfit. I immediately placed a request for return for which it got picked up on the very next day which was a Monday 12th September 2022 by the same Delhivery company. Sir, the website says that it gets refunded by 3 days . Its been three days and still no information on refunding my amount. I am constanly communicating with the customer care but they keep on sharing incorrect information either saying its been already processed or it will take time.
                                        Kindly, take urgent steps and help me in getting my money back.
