Hi... I ordered from levis on 23/08/22... I've fitting issues... So I wanted to return the item and get a refund. I tried contacting them everywhere but unfortunately they didn't respond. Worst experience ever....

It’s been more than three weeks levis didn’t contacted me to get my bank details yet and their return policy says that they take 15 days and I haven’t received any refund…it’s been more than 15 days…my order id is #IND[protected] …i sent around 10 mails and tried to calls I haven’t received any response…kindly help me out with this i m tired of mailing you …. They are literally torturing me for my refund…how will you feel...

I purchased a ladies jacket from Levi’s store in Pune, amanora mall. The product was priced at 4999 and sales person billed me 5999.

When I enquired, he said it’s the price on the system. He should have informed earlier about the increased price and not post swiping my card.

I need the refund of my 1000...

It’s been 5 days I ordered 2 jeans from Levi’s website, I’ve not receiving any updates through message or any mail also the order number is not showing the tracking it shows invalid order number. My payment is already deducted on spot while ordering and am still in a wait without any update. Kindly please help me to reach my parcel to me. Order number is IND[protected]....

Dear Team, I had bought a denim from Ambience Mall Gurgaon store 312 shaping slim in Dec, 2021. As instructed, the denim has been only handwashed, however the inner side of the denim has now got lint balls all over. This needs to be refunded or replaced....

I ordered two pairs of slides from levis india store online and none of them fitted me well, so i returned them on time, but it's been around 15 days and i mail their customer service daily about this issue but they keep sending me the same autogenerated message all the time, i gave them my bank details and still they do not respond or even pick up calls my order no was IND[protected]...

On 15 August, I have bought two pants from Levi's showroom in Pacific Mall NSP Delhi( near to NSP metro station), In one of the pant the company logo was missing on the rear pocket, whereas on another pant it was part of it, In this case, as per company standards, the second piece of the pant has to be considered as defected piece however it was SOLD to me as a fresh piece.

Hi Team,
I recently purchased black denim premium quality jeans of 6k. Within 1 month on first wash and that too washing inside out fades color and white spots are seen on complete jeans
There is no way to remove those spots.
If leavis premium product is also facing this issue,
then what is use of purchasing premium product from levis
I want replacement for levis jeans otherwise I have to raise a consumer...

I have purchased 4 jeans from Levi’s store abulane, meerut.One grey color jeans I wear after 1st wash its all white lines all over the fabric & I tried again that the lines may be invisible after wash but the white lines are not going from the fabric.Other blue jeans is 18%wool in it because of that I’m unable to wear it in 40degree temperature as I have purchased it in July month from the Levi’s store.please help me.solve my problems...

With my 1st light wash in cold water using little detergent, black strips came off, it now looks totally dirty and waste, I bought it last week only, its of rs rs.2399 and such poor fabric, i need refund of the product....

I got a jeans from Levis Inorbit mall, Mumbai, within few months the jeans got torn badly at both the thighs. I complained to customer care Levis but they are not ready to exchange it. I am surprised a brand like Levis jeans can tear so badly so early. If they do not attend to my complaint next time I will not even think of buying any apparel from Levis

I purchased a jeans worth 4599 from mani square mall kolkata, a year back. I wear this jeans only 10-15 times and washed it 4-5 times. But its really unfortunate that being a premium product from levis jeans, most of the stitches are damaged. In fact it coming out all over the jeans. Pathetic product from levies

I purchased 2 Jeans from Levis Store and gave for alteration @ other store in Celebration mall at Udaipur. When I went to take it back I was shocked to see that it was torned at bottom and the main thing was that the store manager was not ready to accept this. Later on when I pressurized that it was in good condition and then I asked to call the tailor who did then he admitted that it was his mistake. After all this drama he was not ready...

I have purchased a pair of jeans from levis store Mathura, UP. I am unsatisfied with the colour so I decided to get it changed. It is unwashed, unused with all original tags . The store manager denied to exchange it, even when I went for exchange within 5 days. I really want to change the shade of the jeans. Please help!...

I tried to place an order though Levi's app and as part of order placing, money is deducted from bank account. But when I check the order detials, it shows that such an order is not placed. I tried to contact Levi's customer care through the contact number provide in their website but no one is answering the phone. I also tried to contact them via email, still no one is responding....

I purchased a pair of Henry Lace up men casual shoes from Ajio and which mentions 3 months warranty by manufacturer. The shoe got torn within two weeks. I mailed levi's about that but they replied that I should contact the seller when I contacted to ajio they replied that the manufacturer provides the warranty for the product as it is written on their website but levi's is refusing for any support. It was a very poor experience. Never going...

It's been more than a month since I requested the return. It has not been picked up till date. I have been calling and mailing the customer service team since the return was created and haven't received any response other than automated emails. NO ONE is picking up. I want this to be taken care of as soon as possible. I want my money back. Bad experience so far. Pathetic service....
