My father bought this jeans from the Levis store in Lucknow from the Palassio store.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a recent purchase made at your store. My father bought a pair of jeans from your establishment, expecting a product of standard quality.
However, upon closer inspection, we discovered a significant defect — there is a visible tear and frayed stitching on the jeans, an issue that reflects poor manufacturing or inadequate quality control. This is entirely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, when my father attempted to return this defective item, not only was his request denied, but your staff also treated him disrespectfully. It is shocking that a store that should value its customers would allow such behavior. Refusing to take back a faulty item is already disappointing, but mistreating customers adds insult to injury.
I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. We expect either a full refund or a replacement for the defective jeans. Additionally, an apology for the unacceptable behavior exhibited by your staff is warranted. If this matter is not handled promptly and fairly, we will have no choice but to escalate our complaint to consumer protection agencies and share our experience publicly to warn others.
