Levi's India — Not giving my refund lost the returned product

I’ve already given them the refund that they marked as not returned and are now not giving me my refund! It’s been a month they are doing nothing about it! They are asking me number and name of the delivery guy like the customers know it! They have lost the retuned product and are sending me emails like it’s not been picked up! They are doing nothing to give me my refund! They keep sending people to pickup the product like it exsists! I’m done i’m exhausted i want my money back and i don’t have the product as it’s been returned by me! I donor have it alright! Give me my refund! They have even asked me for my bank details in starting then when not refunded said the product has not been refunded! These people are thieves my id is ind[protected].
