I am writing to lodge a complaint against Levi’s India regarding a failed online transaction and the subsequent non-receipt of the refund.
On 3rd September 2025, I attempted to place an order on the Levi’s India website using my ICICI Bank debit card. The transaction was initiated through my registered Levi’s account:

During the payment process, an error occurred, and the transaction did not complete successfully. I received a message stating that the refund would be processed within 3–4 working days. However, despite the passage of time, I have not received the refund to date.
I have attached a screenshot of the payment attempt, with the relevant section highlighted in green for reference.
I kindly request the Consumer Court to intervene and direct Levi’s India to process my refund at the earliest.
