Levis — Lackadaisical attitude of Shipper Xpressbees

I bought multiple items from Levi's and the previous order reached well. On my second order, neither Levis is helping me and the Shipper's (Xpressbees )attitude is atrocious. Yesterday they didn't bother to come and marked me as unavailable on email and address incorrect on portal. I wasted my whole day waiting for them. Today the shipper was not picking up their calls since morning. I wanted to coordinate the delivery but no response. When I was in office their call went to spam and I tried to call them immediately and they nonchalantly hung up on my face saying I ll come tomorrow. I tried calling them multiple times to say I ll come and pick up but they just didn't bother to pick up my calls. Waiting for my order since yesterday
