[Resolved] LG Electronics — Coming up to a month for replacement Phone | |
LG confirms they received phone on 12/8/16 for repair. As of 1/4/2017 they cannot say when replacement will be mailed! I have spoken to multiple supervisors, logged over a dozen calls through the process and no one can provide an answer. I feel pity for the people answering the phone as they know the company is in the wrong and are powerless to help CNN[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |

I have LG Nexus 5.And I bought this phone in 2014 from USA. I can not use internet(Wi-Fi) and cellular data usage. Kindly, share details how to connect with wi-fi.
