[Resolved] LG Electronics — Complaint against service provider | |||
Hi, I bought a lg mobile ( nexus 5 ) in the month of july 2014, because of an accident i lost the screen guard of mobile. On 28/07/2014 i gave the mobile to particular insurance person ( oriental insurance ) confirmed by the sangeeta mobile shop bangalore, but still i didn't get any revert from them even after 15 days. Is these kind of service provider company you made a deal who don't have a basic sense to response. The mobile has been taken by onsite electro services pvt ltd head office is in mumbai. My job sheet no- 101672. The concern person said that within a week time you will get the mobile. And when i send a mail to them they are not responding anything. I am a frequent user of lg products & first time i am facing such a bad service by the lg company. Is it your way to treat with a customer.
