LG Electronics — Defective Washing Machine | |||
Invoice No. MH/Jan15/0108 washing machine model LG T9003TEELK purchased on 17/01/2015. Recieved the machine on 20th, demo recieved next day the machine sarted wobbling and restarting. The technician said will have to remove the trolley used for base it will work fine. few days went ok on 6th feb again machine started to wobble & restart. hardly 15 clothes & the machine is in problem. The technician says parts to be change, WHY? A defective piece given to me, therefore parts to be changed. Haven't even used it for a month this situation what will happen in the long run which you claim to.I demand an exchange or a full refund for my purchase. Had used whirlpool for 10 yrs had no problem, recently the panel had problem therefore thought of your reputed brand. But sorry to say it was a major dissapointment. Till date nothing done so far. Yesterday the machine vibrated so much that it came to the bedroom door where it is installed. My three year old kid woke up in fright, I had to run and pause the machine and get it back to place. If any accident happens or machine gets damage who is going to bear it. Just 1 month & this type of issue with no solution so far. I want my an exchange or full refund of my money so that I will get any other brand or stick to my old whirlpool brand which had no problem for 10 years. This has been an overall bad experience would never suggest anyone to buy this machine.
