[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Demo is pending for 10 days now

Hi - I had bought a LG refrigerator from Chennai (Vivek and Co) on I st of Jan 2015 and the request for Demo had been registered immediately .As you know that the Refrigerator is an Mandatory Item in our day today life, we have been consistently following up for the Demo and everyday a request has been created for the same and day this is being closed and the same Day with out proper justification .


And when we speak to the Customer Service we are not getting any proper responses, please look into this ASAO.


This is the first time i ever bought a LG Product and i am started Paying for it .Please look into this immdtly..
