Dear Concern,
I purchased one LG 21.5"E2242T Full HD Ultra Slim Design LED monitor on 17th September 2013 with warranty of 36 month . But on 8th Jan'15 suddenly we found problem in the display of the monitor . After that we contact with LG AGENT -VISSION TEHNOLOGY at Gazipur from where we purchased the monitor .But till now we didn't get any positive response from the agent . They are just keep telling that it is not possible to rectify the problem . From the customer point of view it is just one kind of cheating . From a global brand like LG we can't expect this . You are requested to give us proper feedback .Tks
