I have call to LG for service .One of service center ( who has take franchise) from LG as his word call to me that you have a registered a complain for refrigerator . I said yes .After that he coming to check and said your sensor is not working so need to replace . So as per him two sensor need to be replace and there would be a 2 year of warranty and cost would be 4590 rupees plus 870 RS for cooling fan .So i agreed an changed but after one its not working so i gain call to him and checked then he said need to replace PCB so he said i have to take this PCB to service center for looking itno the the issue .After the one day he said every thing is fine in PCB now your fridge would be working fine but a again same issue . Now no one is picking my phone neither regional manager (Alok Yadav [protected]) nor technical person (vindo [protected]).
Now i call to again LG customer care he said there is no such complaint in my database .Now i research that i found there is fraud on behalf of LG service i.e number is [protected]
they also provide invoice bill .Kindly find in the attachment .I am middle class man please help on this
