[Resolved]  LG Electronics — I am complaining about lg washing machine getting rust and vibration

I am a teacher. i bought lg washing machine at mancherial( 504208) in Reliance digital show room. After few months it starts vibrating. We though that floor may not be flat so that it was shaking. But even making more adjustment we could not find the solution to stop vibrations. I made a call to complain the problem they promised to send repairer. But no person had come to see the complaint mean while corona playing its role, due to the no technician had come.

But unfortunately i got a call from lg services about my experience on washing machine. Then i told the problem. They sent a technician and the boy saw the washing machine and said that gas ket become damaged and it become hard so that machine vibrating.
I left only One week guarantee period so that he changed the gas ket and he saw front body got rusted within two years.
So I request you to please send a technician and rectify the problem and also change the front panel. We are using front load surfs and liquids only.I painted it to cover some extent but looks aqua rd.
I love lg goods very much. Plz serve better Without faltering in confidence. I am sending photos.
