LG Electronics — inaction from the part of the company | |
I had purchased LG Double door Refrigerator during October 2017.By June, 2018 I found that the Refrigerator has cooling defect and registered a complaint in the Customer care of LG on 27th June 2018. Thereafter a serviceman came and inspected the Refrigerator and he found that certain parts of the Refrigerator was not functioning. He told me that he had requested the store department of LG for supplying the said spare parts. From 28th June onwards I was contacting him to know whether the spare parts were received. The answer was in negative. Meanwhile I contacted the Customer care and whenever I contacted them I got answer that the problem will be solved immediately.Today also I got the same assurance. But there is no progress .The lackdaisical attitude of the company in redressing the grievance if the consumers cannot be excused. The defect occurred after 8 months of purchase.I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action in redressing my grievance either by repairing or replacing immediately.
