[Resolved] LG Electronics India Ltd — Poor Service | |||
I registered a complaint for my micro oven (RNA[protected] and for AC(RNA[protected] on 8th June 2014. Toll free customer care center always mention that there will be a call back within 24 hrs. But there is no call back even after 4 days. I do not understand where to contact. They have given a zonal service center no. in Noida region, that number is always switched off. Can any higher official give any answers why it is a one way communication always and how I can resolve my issue?
