[Resolved] LG Electronics — kendrapara mechanic behavior towards customer is very rude and never provide the repair bill
I would like to inform you that one of your lg tv service boy named mr. Prasant samantaray belongs to kendrapara district assign for repair of led back light and suggested amount of rs.3800/- without any warranty but bill provided and another option given rs.3000 without bill with no warranty. I preferably choose rs.3000 and get repaired on dtd.30.01.2020. But on 28.03.2020 again same issue persist means picture not came. I called to the same mechanic but mechanic boy suggest ing for other issues and it will coast around rs.5000/- without bill.
I request you please remove mr. Samantaray and appointment one trustworthy person to provide hassle free services to customers. I never want for cashbacks or any free service but for good selves of general public. No person should fall this type of fraud in near future.
Lg is running with a brand name but after sells service is must else your branding value will hamper. If any clarification or evidence you may contact me [protected].

Complain still not resolved. Only voice call conference with the mechanic and LG service authorised person made. Please redress the complain and refund my price and penalty charges towards fraud, harassment and customer misguiding.
