Hi, I am Rajesh Kumar from chennai. I had egistered complaint before one and half months regarding my LED monitor not functioning. technician visited my place and said currently spare not available and asked time.. After five days i received call from LG customer service adambakkam. said led monitor model was stopped, so we will replace it with new one. My monitor still under warranty. I have submitted original bill in adambakkam LG service point. after one month also still i didnt get any response. I dont get proper response from LG adambakkam or LG. When i called LG care, they gave me Service head number which is not totally useless, no one picks the call, this is the number they have [protected]. and the lg adambakkam service number which nobody picks the ca
ll[protected]/11/12/13. I am frustrated with this lg service. either i need the spare or monitor replacement.
