[Resolved] LG Electronics — lg after sales services | |
LG's after sales service is third class. Have used #Voltas AC in past and have not experienced any such issue. I've been trying to get my AC serviced since yesterday and till today they made no progress on my ticket. Contacted LG's customer care 4 times and finally got service guy number - out of two numbers, one is switched off and other is not in service. I am deeply disappointed with #LG Never buy #LG India products, if you want to save yourself from the pain and mental harrasment caused by their after sales services.
