Dear Who so ever is concerned, what kind of service is LG providing, pathetic responce and poor sevice for DOA cases. We brought the LED 42UB820T model TV with Serial no. 504PLTV038161 on 1st Sep'2015. The model you gave us is a failure model, still people from service centre (Priya from Chinchwad) are proudly saying it will take another 15 days to process replacement. Dealer ( Priyanka Electronics, Talegaon Dabhade, 410507) is not responding... WOW. LGs policy should be highlighted to the market. you are not making LIFE GOOD instead you are making LIFE HELL by cheating on customers. Provide immediate replacement or give us our hard earned money back. Else I will escalate this mail for such lethargic approach by you guys to the CEO . Never expected this kind of service from a Korean brand. Godrej being a desi brand has replacement policy of 1 day. Shame on you GUYS !!! Call me and update the status ASAP.
