[Resolved]  LG Electronics — LG Refrigerator delivered faulty

After a lot of research I bought LG refrigerator from Bajaj Electronics Habshiguda Hyderabad. They have delivered a faulty product which is not working. When I called the showroom they said they are not responsible for any issues with the product and asked me to contact LG Customer care. I called the LG Customer care and logged a complaint RNA[protected] Service Technician Chandu (+91 [protected]) visited my house and inspected the product and said there is no gas in it. I asked him if that is the case then I want this product to be replaced with the new working one as I have not used it even a single day. He said he will get it replaced with in a weeks’ time. There is was no update from service agent during this time when I called after a week time they said they have forwarded the request to administration office waiting for the update. Another week passed by without any update. When I called them again after a week they are saying they will send another technician who will fill the gas and will make the refrigerator in working condition. 3 Weeks have passed and still my issue is not resolved. I have insisted to replace the product with new one as I have not used it at all as they have delivered a faulty product. Initially they have agreed and now they are telling we will get it fixed. This is not fair and acceptable. I have moved into a new house and planning to buy all the electronic products like TV, AC, Microwave, Refrigerator etc; However looking at the service provided by LG. I strictly recommend not buying any LG product as they have the worst after sale service.
