I had my LG refrigerator repair on[protected]. I raised a compliant to customer support and no compliant number was given to me. After one day one representative came from LG and performed inspection and gave a report that gas need to be refilled, he said he has updated another person will come and fill the gas, after 4 days another person came and started refilling gas but he said that compressor is not working and and he updated it as i had a 10 year warranty he said another person will come and replace the compressor. 10n days passed by no one came i kept on complaining to customer support, but no one responded properly instead they advised me to call that technician and make do with it.
when i asked for my complaint number and details they refused by saying nothing is there on your compliant we will not do anything.
Later i again i lodged a compliant this time i asked and took the RMP #[protected] but no technician is ready to come to my place everyone is calling and saying that he has forwarded my compliant.
