We have been contacting LG customer care centre continuously on a daily basis for a month now, for filter change. We have also escalated the matter through Vijay Sales from whom we had bought the water purifier. But we are not getting any response nor the service agent has come to our place for filter change. This is really not acceptable from a brand like LG. We earlier used KENT and Eureka Forbes which gives excellent service and the after sales service is entertained within 24 hours. We have been fooled to buy LG by Vijay Sales, and would not recommend ANYONE to buy LG ever! The above mentioned complaint number would be 12th or more! totally inacceptable!
