Ordered a 335 litres convertible plus double door refrigerator with LG through lg.com/in on 16/4/2022.
Was promised delivery of the product within a week and am yet to receive the product.( 6/5/2022)
Pathetic customer service as the agents are repeating the same scripted answers without promising any solution.

After a month's wait, the team has looked into our matter and offered us a refund.
LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Anju Srijith Escalating the issue every day with the customer agent, waiting for hours and hours on phone, to get the same scripted answer.
No product, no service and l am told "no option for cancellation and refund and no TAT will be provided for a call back from the concerned department."
Did not expect this from a brand which advertises itself as the No.1 and most trusted brand.
