I purchased an LG Window Double Inverter AC model No. JW-Q18WUZA. On 20-Mar-2022, the same was installed by LG authorised technicians. Soon after installation, it stopped cooling. I raised a complaint. Next day, two technicians came and somehow AC started cooling. Just with 2-3 days it again stopped cooling. This has happened five times within a span of two and a half months.
I am sure that it is a defective product. But, LG technicians are not ready to accept it. If nothing happens after posting my complaint in this forum, I have planned to sue LG Electronics and the seller in Consumer Court in the case of cheating by supplying defective product and deficiency in service.
