LG Electronics — Nexus 5 back cover clip broken by service center.

I am very disappointed with the service provided to me by your service center "macross service center Porvorim Goa". I had earlier given my phone for warranty due to vertical lines comming across the screen. After your service center repaired and gave it back to me I noticed that the back cover of the nexus 5 was loose. I then showed it to the service center and they said that there was nothing that they could do because the clip was broken. The back cover of my phone is very loose.
