[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Non delivery of ordered items

I had purchased a 'LG 6.5 kg Top Load Washing Machine' on 3rd Oct 2022 from LG Electronics through their online web portal 'https://www.lg.com/in'

The order 'Order #[protected]' was successful and i had received a confirmation email that my ordered item will be delivered by 7th Oct 2022

LG has outsourced their delivery to the Delhivery Logistics company.

I have the tracking url for my order

Every time Delhivery keep changing the delivery date and there is no communication from LG or Delhivery regarding my order and delivery date.

Neither LG nor Delhivery has any direct customer care contact number or support email for raising the concerns.

My item is still not delivered and I have no clue whom to contact.

Please take stern action against LG and Delhivery for customer harassment and keeping customer in dark.
