I have ordered an AC on August 29 from LG online service portal. Till now I have not recieved the product or any sort of information from their side after asking multiple times.
I have called the customer service thrice and everytime I get the same answer stating " someone will reach you in 2 hours" about the status.
It's been 25 days since I ordered the product and i recieved an invoice copy with invoice date as September 20, 2023 for the product which I purchased on August 29, 2023.
As of now I have not recieved the product, i need further help to find what's the status of my order.
And please provide some compensation for the same.
This the worst costumer service ever - Agents who took my call(venkatesh, mary) — worst ever to do it. They are not able to give even a single information about my product.
