To, date: 22/08/2017 Whomsoever it may concern Sub: pathetic product quality / customer service I have a google nexus 5x imei: [protected] which was working perfectly fine until i updated my device with your latest fota. My device went dead post upgrading the software and post visiting your service center (Tcr: rgurggn/12815) they gave me an estimate of rs. 13900/- for pba and charged me for the diagnosis. My device is not physically damaged neither water logged / misused, my device got bricked due to your software release which had bugs. Please get my phone in a working condition like before at your own cost as i will not pay anything for which i am not liable. Even your service center executives said that they are receiving many complaints related to this but they are only offering paid repairs. When customer is not at fault and the problem occurred from your side then you people should take the ownership to resolve the same at the earliest. I am waiting for the response from your side before escalating this issue in social networking websites and consumer court.
