[Resolved] LG Electronics — purchase a lg refrigerator | |||
Hi, I bought new lg tv on 29/06/19 under exchange program. Under exchange program lg issued paytm voucher codes of rs. 6000 on 26/10/2019. I have tried those codes for different options as mentioned by them but none of them worked. I have raised this query minimum 10 times to customer care as well as through escalation mail, but no response and no one is either bother to respond me back with solution. It's been more than a month's time since issue is pertaining and i am continuously chasing lg customer care through email / whatsapp /calls but of no use. Was this information helpful? | |||
