JUST TAKE THE SERVICE CHARGES AND CLOSED THE COMPLAINT. i AM PROUD TO TELL I AM A LG FAN. 80 PER OF MY HH ARTICLES ARE OF LG ONLY.I LODGED THE CALL ON 28.03.15 FOR REPAIR OF WASHING MACHINE. ENG MR KARTICK CAME AND TAKE THE FEES AND WENT. EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THE MOTOR IS NOT WORKING IN THE SPINNER . HA TOLD I HAVE TO SEE AND TELL THE ISSUE. HA CAME ON 28.03.15. HE TOLD I WILLON MONDAY IE 30.03.15. HE DID NT CAME AND CLOSED THE COMPLAINT.SEVEN DAYS OVER I CALLED MANY TIMES NO REPLY., SOPLEASE IMMEDITELY LOOK IN TO THE MATTER. PLEASE... SAVE THE BRAND IMAGE OF LG PRODUCTS
