LG Electronics — there is water leakage in the lg refrigerator

Purchased on 28th may, 2020. from the day it was brought home there is water leakage. so many complaints to the supplier but poor response. after much pleading a mechanic visited. it is informed that the machine is faulty. please replace the product. why should a customer suffer due to company's defective product. i am a working women and cannot manage without a refrigerator. Need replacement soon. first time purchased LG product and a very bad experience. No one ready to attend complaint.
